Bay of Wonders has been an absolutely wonderful daycare centre for our son. Linda and her amazing team of educators are caring, patient and passionate about what they do. From the very beginning the educators have made our son feel safe, valued and excited to attend. As parents it gives us real peace of mind knowing our son is in such capable and loving hands. We are so lucky to be apart of the great community that's has been created at Bay of Wonders.

I enrolled my son in this daycare on an emergency basis after he experienced trauma at his previous daycare. I was upfront and honest with Linda, Christine, and Kate about his needs, and they assured me their center could handle the situation. I paid the $1,600 deposit and provided all necessary documentation, including doctor assessments. However, I am deeply disappointed with their practices. It is unsettling to share that my experience at this for-profit daycare has been disturbing. Writing this review has impacted my personal life significantly, leading to criticism from family and friends instead of support. One incident stands out: during an emotional breakdown, my child was left alone on a balcony, isolated in a corner. No one was present to help him regulate his feelings, while Linda was in another room focusing on cleaning up toys, ignoring his distress. This isolation was entirely inappropriate. I cannot comprehend how a mother would accept such treatment of children. I have reported this matter to the Department of Education. I do not wish to engage in further discussions; the actions taken against my child created more fear and distrust in educators. It is disheartening to witness this level of care for a vulnerable child. I stand firm in advocating for children's rights, and the behavior exhibited is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing environment for their children. Christos attended non-profit daycare and while attending only twice a week for 4 hours a day, they were able to regulate his nervous system and he is doing so much better in the hands of qualified educators.

Bay of Wonders is a brilliant centre that prides itself on providing the highest level of care to all children. Could not recommend more!

Big thank you to the wonderful team at BOW for their kindness, professionalism, support and unconditional care over the past year as my son transitioned into preschool. By far, the loveliest and welcoming team. My son comes home with the biggest smile on his face, reflecting on the day he has had, the interactive and engaging activities he had enjoyed during the day and the friends he has made. We have seen our son thrive & grow over this past year. Very grateful he gets to enjoy another wonderful year to come at BOW. Big thank you to Miss Linda, Miss Christine and my daughter’s educators Miss Katerina and Miss Dianne! Bay of wonders feels like a second home now even though my daughter only started one month ago. From the moment Miss Christine toured me around, I had the best gut feeling about Bay of Wonders. Very clean environment and family orientated. The kids are always so settled when I go and you can just see the educators really care about the children but also their personal growth. Their constant updates and photos always make me feel at peace and have no worry when my daughter is under their care. Highly recommend, I’ve toured quite a few daycares in the area and nothing compares to Bay of Wonders.

My experience with Bay of Wonders has been absolutely wonderful — it’s such a relief to be part of this childcare community. From the moment I first drove past and walked in, the team has been so welcoming and understanding. Miss Linda, Miss Christine, and Miss Dianne are warm, fun, and approachable. The centre is beautifully new and clean, and I love how involved they are in the community through charities and events like Grandparents Day. You can really see how much they care about the children through their daily interactions and the photos shared on the app. I also really like their curriculum — my daughter has recently moved into the toddlers’ room (2–3 years), and I can already see how much she’s learning and growing. The values the centre stands for truly resonate with my husband and me.

My son has been attending Bay Of Wonders since he was 4.5 months old! He was the youngest baby at the time of his enrolment and the amazing staff made such wonderful provisions for him taking his age into consideration! They bought new resources to make sure he could be included in his class activities and was always shown in all the class photos being engaged just as much as the older kids! The staff are all so kind and wonderful it’s been such a blessing being able to return to work and not be worried about my child having the best day being safe at daycare!

We moved our 2yo son to BOW from another local centre and the staff have been incredible with the transition. I highly recommend BOW to any families considering enrolling and will definitely be sending baby number 2 in the near future. Thanks Linda and team for the outstanding care.

Our two children have been with Bay of Wonder since Day 1. Linda has been a constant support in their start and transition. We are beyond grateful to her. Especially not having family around us. We are so happy with the educators and the team Linda has built. Their attentiveness and care of all the kids is so clear. I often have trouble getting them to leave at the end of the day. Amazing, fun, friendly and welcoming environment. Both my children attend and are thriving. The centre is great at communicating and keeping me up to date during their daily activities. I feel reassured and comfortable with the love and care they provide. Great work Team BOW!
