⭐️ Christmas Appreciation & Recommendation for Bambinos ⭐️ I just want to express my sincere gratitude to Bambinos this Christmas. I’ve had two children go through Bambinos—Kassandra first, and now Alexia, who graduated today—and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing but positive from start to finish. Both of my girls were incredibly well-prepared for school at Ramsgate thanks to the foundation Bambinos gave them. Their socialisation, confidence, and ability to interact in all settings—family, playground, relatives, and even new environments—has been a direct reflection of the wonderful care and guidance they received. There are a few teachers and carers who truly stood out to me and made a lasting impact on my children’s lives: Miss Shireen, Miss Angel, Miss Erica, Miss Kay, and Miss Carol. These are the names that immediately come to mind when I think of the people who went above and beyond, showing genuine effort, care, and heart with both of my girls. Their influence will stay with my daughters for years to come. Overall, the program at Bambinos has been extremely successful for my family. Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and I’m more than happy to recommend Bambinos to anyone looking for a supportive, caring, and truly dedicated early education centre. Our kids (5&3) love this centre, their educators and friends. Its a really lovely inclusive environment and they have flourished here. Nadeen, the centre manager really takes the time and effort to make the kids feel welcome when we arrive of a morning and remembers and asks about things happening with them which they both always look forward to. They both really love their educators and the different themes rotating in the rooms, as well as the effort put in to celebrating special days too. They are also very flexible with settling the kids in when they are having a hard morning and want to be together which is much appreciated. The kids often ask to go even when it isn't one of their days, and they do have casual days available which is very helpful for me as a freelancer, to use when jobs pop up at the last minute. As a parent I have appreciated the accommodating flexibility that has provided. Would highly recommend.

My little one has been attending Bambino’s since she was 13 months old and is now almost 3. Having worked in childcare myself across different centres, I can honestly say that Bambino’s stands out for all the right reasons. The educators are professional, caring, and incredibly supportive of both the children’s and families needs. I’ve seen my daughter thrive in their care she’s grown in confidence, skills, and happiness thanks to their daily programs and thoughtful inclusion of excursions and incursions. A special mention to Nadene, one of the best directors I’ve ever met always warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable about CCS and everything childcare-related. I truly appreciate all the love and effort the team puts into creating such a nurturing, fun, and educational environment. Highly recommend Bambino’s to any parent looking for a centre that genuinely feels like a second home. 💛

The educators at this centre really go above and beyond for the kids. My son started when he was 8/9 months old and the educators were very welcoming and accommodating especially with my concerns with him sleeping at daycare. The educators were really patient with my son and kept me informed and updated with how he was going. They also nurture his interests such as bringing out a road playmat after observing he loved cars and also other activities that help with developing his gross motor skills. The room leaders also make a real effort to make the place feel really homely, fun and personalised for the kids - it is a really relaxed place. We are grateful to have Bambino Scarborough Park as our son’s child care and preschool for the last 3.5 years now. The Educators are very caring and supportive also safety and education focus. Thank you ❤️

My child has been in this centre since she was 4 months old. She started in the baby room and has now moved up to the bigger room. She had developed a great relationship with the staff members in the centre. Starting from Anna in the baby room to Shaz and Eliza the toddles room all the way up to the centres manager Rebecca. My child is happy every morning when coming to this centre and runs in giving all team members hugs in the morning. We recently relocated to Wollongong, with our work in the city we decided not to change her daycare due to the connection she has with the staff member’s. This is a centre has become my child’s second home almost and the team here go above and beyond for the children of n this centre.

My son has been with Bambino since he was 1.5 years old and he's almost 3 now. We have been extremely happy with the level of care from the educators. Everyone is very friendly and easy going. Well done, team!

Recently toured the centre, such a great vibe, children all seem happy and engaged in play. Looking forward to starting our child's learning journey.

Lovely staff, my daughter always leaves with a smile on her face, she is safe and secure in this child care. Can’t fault them at all

I would highly recommend to stay away from this center. Our son had an accident at the center and this wasn’t informed to us immediately until we picked him up late in the evening. We could see that he had been crying because his eyes were puffy. The accident happened on his face so any injury above neck should have been reported immediately. One of the educator doesn’t speak English well so it was even hard to understand what had happened and no one could tell us until we asked for a further investigation. When asked to view videos at the cctv- we were told none were working on the campus. After pushing further we finally found out the truth of what had happened and it was nothing that was written on the accident report. Also, the accident report we were asked to sign showed that they did not meet ratio and were understaffed when it happened. Our son used to get sick all the time, I know that’s common in day cares but you could see this day care never made effort to clean or ensure the kids got the right bottle. Our son came home with another kid’s pacifier once. Also we were asked to attend orientation initially to get our son used to it but when we showed up for orientation no one was around and the management that invited us to attend orientation was not around to assist or facilitate we ended up walking around ourselves. I would stay away from this center. Our son is thriving at another day care now since we have taken him out of this immediately after the accident.
