The most caring educators! My kids have thrived since being here.

This place is amazing. Hands down the best daycare i have been to. My son absolutely thrived. The staff are so amazing, the team work and family feel put your mind at ease. They are so quick to call you if anything happens and always down for a chat. They really go out of there way to make you feel loved. Shout out to the Lisa and Kelly who make the place run smoothly. Highly recommend.

My child attended here from 2020 until dec 2024. To say we left on a bad note is an understatement. I’m not sure what’s changed over the years but for the first few years we were extremely happy with the care provided. Fast forward to this year, my child has been hurt several times with incident reports not being received on the day of and sometimes injuries have been noticed by myself on pick up but weren’t noticed by any educators despite my child telling teachers he had hurt himself. Followed up with doctors appointments and some injuries were quite bad. On the last instance I rang and spoke to the director to express my concerns. My child’s face was extremely swollen, I was told first aid was administered and he is fine. Went to the doctors that same afternoon. Doctor suspected a fractured jaw. Went for an xray. I was told by the director that if I am unhappy with the care they would unenroll my child right then and there. So I chose to unenroll. No care factor. No responsibility taken. No apology. I was even told that my expectations are too high and that when my child starts prep next year there will be no teachers supervising playtime outside. On the Monday I was told at our next follow up doctors that my son had fractured his jaw. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I would not reccomend this daycare to anyone and would suggest to stay clear if you care about your child’s safety and wellbeing.

My baby has been going there for a few months now. I was expecting a tough transition into care for my little breastfed baby, but her educators knew exactly how to settle her in. I previously worked in childcare for nearly 20 years, so knew what to look for. I thought I’d have to reevaluate my standards after visiting a few centres in the area. But then we had a tour of this centre and knew this would be the centre for us. My nephew (18) and nieces (13 and 7) went to Rising Stars when they were young, and their educators are still there! If you find a centre with long term staff, you have found a winner! I recommend this centre to everyone. We love this centre and excited to see our little girl learn and grow with them over the next few years.

Have really loved Rising Stars. My daughter started when she was 3 months old. Communication has been great! It has a great atmosphere and my daughter loves going everyday. Definitely recommend.

Rising stars has been a vital part of my sons development & beautiful nature. The staff are all professional but also feel like family. They provide amazing nutritional meals, nappies and plenty of love for my son. I could not recommend this centre more!

Where do I start about Rising Stars! We cannot recommend this centre high enough. We have been a part of the Rising Stars family for going on 9 years. It’s amazing that during that time, the staff that taught, loved, and nurtured my eldest daughter, are still at the centre today, giving my youngest the same love and attending 8 years on. The staff are all so friendly and approachable who always welcome us into the centre. The managers are so easy to communicate with and have a wonderful open-door policy. If you are looking for a daycare, you cannot go past Rising Stars. 5 out of 5 stars is not enough!
