Great staff, overall happy with there service they provide

We love Goodstart Early Learning Redbank Plains !! They have been nothing short of professional + personal (in the best + most engaging way) + have always shown the most love to my little one. Would highly recommend this childcare centre to anyone!

The staff are amazing they go above and beyond for everyone including the parents. I can't thank the team enough for the support they have given my daughter she wouldn't be where she's at today without them. No one I'd rather trust with my kids.

This centre has been so welcoming to my 2 children. Ashton and Cohen over the yrs. My only regret is not sending them sooner. They both 6 and 4 now developed their understanding of sharing, caring and speech has also improved. They are able to play with content and calmness at at home. Thank you mainly to miss Jovy and Miss Teresa for working with my boys. But all the other staff who I can't remember the names of have been so nice and helpful. And big thank you to all of you. Kylie, Sian. I'm moving now but it was such a pleasure to know my children were in such a loving environment. After the second visit Cohen said bye mum. No crying like I'd had before. The staff here have been here for 5 plus yrs. What they are doing works and I wouldn't hesitate sending my children there again ha they not grown so fast. Thank you

This is a really beautiful and safe centre with a wonderful atmosphere. I have two little boys (one who is high need) and only after attending for not long my high needs boy is vastly improving in every aspect in life. The educators are amazing they are patient, caring and calm. Excellent communicators and really work with you to improve your childs daycare experience. What I enjoy the most about this centre is walking in every afternoon to collect my boys and seeing all the children playing together, being at peace, happy and content. You don't often see many children crying or upset, as the educators are on top of everything. It is refreshing. I highly recommend this centre. It is the best daycare I have ever sent my boys to. I know they are safe and cared for and loved.

This centre and its educators are a great team and have supported myself and my children who attended. Their passion and understanding for high needs kids is amazing, they do their best to help in any way possible. Thank you ladies!

My son has been at goodstart for around 2 years now. His confidence and social skills have grown so much with him. We love our beautiful educatirs who go above and beyond to make our boy feel comfortable and safe. We intend to enrol our daughter when she is old enough :) I cannot fault the care and guidance we have received since enrolling.

After recently relocating to Queensland from Sydney earlier this year, we were in a rush to find care for our 2 kids aged 4 and 3 years. For this reason we settled quickly for care at another centre and were left dissatisfied with the attention to detail and responsiveness from our previous location. From this negative experience elsewhere we searched for a local Goodstart centre nearby as we had heard good things about the organisation. They responded very quickly and informed us that we would be placed on the waiting list. Lisa from Goodstart Redbank Plains kept in close communication with us during that entire process and held our positions even when we had to delay our start date. Since commencing care, the kids look forward to their 3 days at the centre with the many educators and friends they've made. They often speak about the activities and interactions they've had even on days they don't come in and on the weekends. I'm grateful for the support and welcoming received from all the lovely staff at this centre and we look forward to see our children continue to thrive during our time with you. Thank you 😊

My daughter has grown so much since starting at Goodstart Redbank Plains a year ago! She is no longer shy, but a confident, outgoing little girl. I know that she’s in safe hands when I drop her off. She enjoys it so much that she often wants to stay longer when I pick her up! The educators are always super friendly and happy to answer any of our questions or discuss any concerns. They prepare so many fun yet educational activities for the children each day. Oh and the play area outdoors is great! I’ll definitely enrol my newborn daughter when she’s old enough too :)
