I had a really positive experience with this childcare centre over the two years my daughter attended.<br><br>What stood out to me from the very beginning was how welcoming and open the centre was. I actually walked in one day without an appointment and asked if I could have a tour. Sandhina, the Centre Manager, was kind enough to show me around that same day without any prior arrangement. That immediately gave me a sense of trust and made me feel that this could be a safe and caring place for my daughter.<br><br>The staff were always very friendly, approachable and welcoming, and throughout the two years, I never had any major issues or concerns. I also felt very comfortable with the safety and care provided at the centre.<br><br>I would especially like to mention Samia, one of the educators in the toddler room. She was such a lovely and caring person and treated my daughter like her own. Knowing that my daughter was cared for with that level of genuine affection gave me so much peace of mind as a parent.<br><br>Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this childcare centre to other families looking for a safe, caring and welcoming environment for their children.

We’ve been part of Montessori Forest Hill since it first opened, and it’s genuinely disappointing to see how much things have changed.<br>When we first joined, we were incredibly happy with the centre. The staff were fantastic, communication was strong, and it felt like families were genuinely valued and involved. Unfortunately, our experience now is very different.<br><br>There seems to be a real issue with staff retention, communication has deteriorated, and families don’t appear to be consulted about important decisions that directly affect our children. A major example is the graduation arrangements. We’ve been told graduation is planned for 2027, despite our children finishing in 2026. It’s difficult to understand how such an important milestone can be planned for a year after the children have actually finished.<br><br>The overall atmosphere is disappointing, with staff seeming unhappy and families increasingly frustrated. It’s a real shame because this centre had such a great reputation when it opened.<br><br>We would seriously consider moving our child if we weren’t so close to the end of her time there. Based on our experience now, unfortunately, I would not recommend Montessori Forest Hill.

My 2.5 year old has had a great experience in the centre.. She is very attached to Ms koppel who is great, other permanent educators are great too.. the management is also very accommodating..

My two children attend this centre. My oldest child started when the centre first opened, it has been nearly 5 yrs. I've got nothing but positive things to say. All carers are passionate and caring. Teaching structure, environment, food etc is amazing. Structured fun learning/ Montessori structure is highly recommended. My childrens academics and life skills, I believe is all thanks to Montessori Academy. Highly recommended.

My son goes to this childcare and I must say, it has been a very hassle free enrolment - to a very committed journey from the management & educators. Well done! and oh, did I also mentioned my boy's confidence and social skills improved massively too? Thank you team!

A terrific contemporary childcare centre. The team at Forest Hill Montessori Academy are passionate Montessori educators who personalise the curriculum to suit each child. They observe children’s interests, direct them towards activities suited to their stage of development, and create a positive atmosphere for learning that allows children to discover learning outcomes in their own time.

The team at Forest Hill Montessori Academy have been nothing but a dream to work with since I enrolled my nephew 6 months ago! Sandhina, Izabela and the rest of the MA team have so much genuine love and care for all of their little ones and have been so professional and accomodating with the care of my nephew. He is only 10 months old and settled into the centre beautifully, he is excited to go every morning and lights up when we enter the building! Thanks so much to Sandhina, Izabela, Samia and Benita specifically for all the hard work and dedication to our family’s situation and making everything so easy and simple for us with the centre :) I would recommend this centre to absolutely anyone!
