Not great at all. Very high staff turnover, lots of educators with little experiences are rostered on the same day all the time. When concerns were expressed, while seeking solutions, excuses were also given, as well as made you feel it’s you being picky. Considering what level of care the children are getting, the fees are just too expensive and not value effective at all.
