It's my favourite chile care ever, so proud of my daughter growing there, they has excellent and perfect staff ever. I can't describe how much I’ m happy with this place

From the moment we started our daughter at the centre, we knew it was something special; but over the past year, it has truly become a second home for our daughter. We are beyond grateful for every member of the team, who not only care for our daughter but nurture her with such warmth, patience, and love. She has blossomed in ways we never imagined from her confidence to her joy in learning and it’s all thanks to the incredible people who guide her each day. A special thank you to Ash, the most amazing centre director, whose dedication and heart shine through in every corner of the centre. She gives 100% of herself every single day and is clearly driven by a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of the children and families she supports. Louise, her wonderful 2IC, is the perfect support. Together, they are a powerhouse team that brings out the absolute best in the centre. To Miss Jaya, Christina, Noor, and Shirsa thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being such kind, nurturing, and inspiring educators in our daughter’s life. She talks about you at home with so much love, and it fills us with comfort knowing she is so well cared for and so happy. Watching her run into the centre with a big smile every morning is the most reassuring feeling for any parent. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Krystle, the amazing chef who keeps our daughter’s belly happy and full! Thank you for the love you put into every meal; she’s exploring so many yummy new foods and loving it. And to all the other incredible educators at the centre thank you so much for everything you do. Mindchamps WH3 is a fantastic centre. I have had my twin boys who are currently 10, my now 7 year old and one currently attending and my last baby coming in! I could not express the gratitude and appreciation I have for these women. So much effort and dedication goes into their day to ensure the safety and happiness of our kids. The centre is always being cleaned and tidied which is a big thing for me personally. They have cameras and consistency in ensuring our kids are safe and being well taken care of. I recommend this centre to absolutely anyone who is looking for the best safety and care of their child.

Very grateful for the attention, care and support afforded by this centre. Ash is incredibly hands on, genuinely cares and proactive in helping families. Miss Anna, Kristina, Christina, miss Kimmy,Miss Marylyn, Cindy , miss Krystal (just to name a few) are dedicated to their job and make active efforts to support the kids. My little one has been there since 4 months and is now 2.5 years old. He's been supported so well through every milestone and development challenge. Grateful to this centre and all the staff within. We wish we could give them more than 5 stars. Walking into the centre you get a real feeling for the passion with which the staff operates in this centre. They care about creating a welcoming space and a sense of community between themselves, the kids, and the families. Our kid is very happy coming to school and she loves her educators. They treat her with care and warmth and we couldn't be happier.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AVOID THIS CENTER !!! I’m writing this review to give a piece of advice to all parents who wish to send their kids to this centre. DON’T TRUST STAFF! NO EXPERIENCE! NO CARE! We had a horrible experience with this centre. We’ve sent our daughter who is 2 years and five months old. This was her first time at childcare and never been to a day care before. From the second week one particular educator started making several points about our child, which at the beginning we thought it was to help our child but later felt like an attack. Constantly pinpointing little behaviours/ attitudes instead of attempting to help or find a way to communicate with the child. 1) your daughter doesn’t know how share nor play with other kids. 2) she is not obedient and doesn’t doesn’t follow orders like when it’s time to clean up. It is the educators responsibility to teach a child those basic skills. With every pickup, one particular educator would come and start lecturing us about our own child. Constantly hinting that our perfectly fine child has a learning and speaking problem. She repeatedly mentioned using unprofessional tone that we should seek help. A parents we had so many sleepless nights where we actually believed that our perfectly fine daughter could have a learning problem. We could feel and sense that our daughter was not happy neither comfortable as after two months of being there she was not sleeping not eating the so called healthy but rather rubbish food. At the end of the day our daughter seemed overly tired because of lack of sleep and eating. Forgot to mention that this centre doesn’t have their own cleaners and would simply ask the educators to clean up. You find that around 3 -4pm the educator starts vacuuming and cleaning the room while kids play and no one is paying attention to them as they would busy cleaning. We’ve recently sent our daughter to another childcare centre. I can assure you that she has flourished and started to speak sentences and loves going their four days a week. Keep an eye on your kids when you send them to this centre!!

My son loves coming here and is always greeted with smiles in the morning and big byes when we leave. The educators are always asking questions about what he is doing at home to better help engage him when he is there, and almost daily updates. I love how it closes at 6pm as for working mum & dad, just offers so much convenience in case of traffic. It’s right on 15th Ave so traffic is terrible but it’s worth it. And if I’m just a bit late after the cut off time for breakfast, they won’t say no to feeding my son if I ask, which I’m really grateful for as they understand it’s traffic - only happened a few time but means a lot!

We started our Mindchamps journey with our first born daughter when she was 6 months old. She is now 4 years old and nearing her completion at Mindchamps. I also have a toddler that is 2 years old attending the centre. I really love this daycare, the educators and especially the centre director Ashleen.  Everyday I am reminded that I have chosen the right daycare because my kids never want to go home. There is so much postive things to write about this centre but I will try keep it to the point. 1. This daycare feels like a big extended family. All the educators make a big effort to know your child and even their family - everyone knew my youngest daughters name before she even started attending the centre.  When she was first born I had a lot of support during drop off and pick up of my eldest child. 2. You know your child is in safe hands. The centre director, Ash and the educators do their best for every child to the best of their ability. Examples include: Ash will check air quality if she has concerns and the children will be kept indoors if unsafe. Recently there was a fire on camden valley road. I knew she would be checking air quality so I felt assured that I could keep working and my kids would be safe.  Also, if the weather is too hot in the afternoon, the kids will be kept indoors for indoor activities. 3. This centre is an open and honest environment.  I know that if I have a question or concern, the educators and Ash will do their best to find an answer or fix it.  Of course not everything can be fixed but in my experience Ash and educators will try their best. They are also open to feedback which in my opinion reflects why this centre is great. They are constantly thriving to improve and feedback is the best way to do that. 4. This is not your typical daycare where the kids just play.  As a parent, I am always curious what my friends kids are doing at their daycare and from the conversations I feel confident I have hit the jackpot with this centre.  My 2 year old in the babies room has learnt her colours, she is counting, she sings the alphabet, she can identify shapes and just the other day at home she was singing a song that my eldest child use to sing which is a song sounding out letters of the alphabet. So my kids are not just learning the alphabet in the babies room they are already learning the sounds that the letters make!! My 4 year old knows all the planets of the solar system and can recite it to me.  These are just a few examples. I can really keep going, but I think I have provided the  important points I think parents look for in a daycare.  I am very sad my first born is graduating from this daycare in a few weeks and moving onto kindergarten but I am so grateful for all the supprt Ash and the educators have provided and I'm confident she is ready for kindergarten as a result of the care and love this centre as provided.

My son started at this centre since he was 6 weeks old, he’s 2 years old now. Ash the manager and all the educators are amazing and very caring and wonderful. My son really feels that this centre is his second home and loves going to the childcare every day!
