We moved both of our kids to First Early Learning almost a year ago, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. Our eldest is now in the toddler room and our youngest in the baby room, and both are thriving. From day one, Lorinda (the centre manager) and Ali (the assistant manager) have been absolutely amazing. Lorinda took the time to really understand my worries when we were transitioning from our old childcare — she even organised a couple of playdates before our official start so my daughter could slowly get comfortable. She personally called me on my child’s first day just to give an update, which meant so much. That level of care and communication is rare and truly appreciated. Every educator I’ve met has been so warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children. You can tell they love what they do — it really shows in how happy and confident the kids are. The centre itself is always clean and well organised, the food is honestly amazing (my little guy eats better there than at home sometimes!), and the activities are thoughtful and engaging. Communication is transparent, we always feel in the loop, and I love that the team is approachable and responsive. We’re so grateful to have found this place. Moving childcare centres was such a hard decision for us, but it’s turned out to be one of the best choices we’ve made for our kids. Highly, highly recommend First Early Learning.

Both my children have been attending First Early Learning for close to 2 years and love it! They run in each morning excited to see their carers and friends. Being a smaller centre the children don’t get lost among the crowd and the carers make every effort to get to know each child individually. The extra curriculum they do is great from sport incursions to music and with my daughter attending 4 year old Kinder this year she looks forward to alternating weeks of swimming and bush kinder! Keeping up to date throughout the day/week is also a breeze with Storypark, I can see what has been happening and it also helps to spark conversations at family dinner time. The kids love looking through the photos and pointing out there friends or telling us about an activity they were doing. I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly, having a safe learning environment for your children when you are working is so important and at First they tick the boxes ☺️

There’s also a coffee station for the parents at drop off!

We have had a wonderful experience at the centre. My 2 year old attends and all the educators are phenomenal at what they do. They are extremely trustworthy, caring and we are rest-assuded that our toddler is in the best hands. The team is always friendly and passionate about the kids under there care. The meals are also excellent, my toddler loves them. The centre is clean, educational, fun and they provide access to a coffee machine for parents on pick up/ drop off 😊. Couldn't have picked a better centre. We have enrolled our new baby to start at the end of the year too. I highly recommend first early learning.

Cannot speak highly enough of FiRST Early Learning Endeavour Hills! Both my child and I were made so welcome from day one. The educational programme is rich and fulfilling for the children, and the sense of community in the centre where all the staff know all the children is exactly the sort of environment you seek as a parent. Wonderful facilities and excellent food too! We're so happy we chose FiRST.

Honestly they have all been amazing help since my daughter first started. Her younger brother now attends and having the amazing updates during the day of what my little cherubs get upto is absolutely amazing and cherishing. I would like to say a massive thank you to FIRST Early Learning for being a perfect team. :)

My daughter started 2 weeks ago and we are really happy with our decision. The centre offers a lot of creative play, fortnightly incursions and free coffee for parents! FIRST Early Learning E/hills is an exceptional learning centre that goes above and beyond to provide an enriching, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The staff and management are outstanding. They are not only highly qualified and experienced professionals but also warm, caring, and compassionate individuals who truly understand the needs of young children. I can rest assured knowing my son is being looked after with great care and love. I wholeheartedly recommend FIRST Early Learning E/hills to any parent looking for a centre for their child and am grateful that I am able to send my son there.

My partner and I feel we have luckied out to find this centre for our two boys. Everyone has been so welcoming right from the start and accommodating to our wishes. Its our second year now at First Learning. We don't give our kids artificial sugar and they were so lovely and understanding about it and coordinated with the chef for us. The first year they were in the Myrtle House with Kirsty, Rupi and Michelle, we were amazed how much the boys advance development wise. My wife randomly had to drop something off during the day and saw Rupi teaching all the children in the room shapes with flashcards. It was so lovely to hear. This year the boys are in Hisbicus room with Gina and Manal. One of my boys struggle with the room change and both of them were so good to help him transition. They have also been so accommodating with my wishes with the boys dropping their nap. We love we get updates of their day which makes it easier for me later when i pick them up and regular post of the activities they do. Honestly all of the staff there are so lovely even the ones not in their room. The boys tells me about their day and they have mention Prim, Jen, Tysh and others. These were my experiences with this centre. No where is going to be perfect but for me this place is pretty close as they're honest, understanding, accommodating and we can communicate anything to them.
