Really thoughtful teacher that put in their heart and soul into kids and their learnings

5 stars – A second home for my children! All four of my children have attended Wiggles & Giggles Quakers Hill since 2018, and I honestly can’t imagine a better daycare. Even after moving out of the area four years ago, I continue to commute just so my children can stay here — that’s how much I value the care and environment they provide. The consistency in staff speaks volumes. Many of the educators who cared for my first child are still there today, which is a true testament to the positive culture and strong leadership at the centre. Nicole runs the centre with professionalism and heart, and educators like Nehtu and Caitlyn are incredible room leaders. Lindsey and Amy have also played such an important role in my children's lives. They say it takes a village to raise kids — Wiggles & Giggles is my village, and I’m so grateful for the love, support, and care they’ve given my family over the years.

The best day care! Love the way how they make kids feel soo happy and comfortable. Lovely staffs who are extremely kind, warm and easily approachable for any queries. I really like the way they engage the kids. Kids engage in lots of activities, story time and enjoy the play area the most. Such a wonderful experience it is.

Wiggles and Giggles Centre in Quakers Hill has been an incredible place for my daughter over the past two years. From the moment she started, it was clear that the educators truly cared about her well-being. They were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in her development. She had a wonderful time there, and I could see how much she enjoyed her time with the dedicated staff. The centre created a warm, nurturing environment that made her feel safe and supported. Now that she has started kindergarten this year, I’m so grateful for the care and attention she received at Wiggles and Giggles, which helped set a strong foundation for her next steps in learning!

My little one went to wiggles and giggles since he was 13 months old. It was the only daycare he went to and I am so glad he did. The staff here look after them with a lot of love, warmth and care. I cannot recommend them enough. My child was happy with them and that gave me my peace while I went to work knowing he is in good hands. They not only care for them but also help them learn the important skills for life. Thank You so much for everything throughout the 4 years my little one was with you.

My experience with the centre has been frustrating. Their communication is excessive, adding unnecessary stress rather than support, and they take a rigid, bureaucratic approach to policies with little flexibility or understanding of individual family circumstances. They frequently lose children’s belongings, such as hats and drink bottles, and show little concern in recovering them. When concerns are raised, the focus seems more on defending their procedures and staff than genuinely addressing feedback. Unfortunately, this has made the experience more stressful than reassuring, and I hope they reconsider their approach to communication, accountability, and parent collaboration.

My family have been at Wiggles and Giggles QH since 2013 and over the years and still currently I have had 4 boys grow through the centre. The centre is a great place, small yes but we love the centre and that it offers a smaller, tight nit community feel. The centre is clean and offers a wonderful rage of healthy foods and often my fussy eaters always ate the meals provided at the centre. The staff have always been loving, supportive, friendly and welcoming. If I have ever had to address and issue of concern, I felt heard when bringing this up and the issue at hand was stored out quickly and feedback has always been constructive and supportive. The team is all about team work, team support and bonding as friends to ensure a healthy working environment. The amount of education and play my boys have come away with is a hugely thanks to the effort of these educators and what the centre provides. Like I said I have been sending my children to this centre since 2013 (10yrs) with my last boy currently in the bubs room. I highly recommend this centre.

My children have been enrolled at Wiggles and Giggles Quakers Hill since 2013. My first son was 11 months when he started, 2nd boy started on 2015 at 17 months, 3rd boy was 8 months in 2018 and our fourth son is currently enrolled and is 1yr old. We haven’t left this centre in 10yrs. I couldn’t! I love the educators at this centre, they have become like family. I can honestly say issues over the years Ive had less than 5 issues and they were resolved quickly. All my boys love the educators and have built special bonds over the years with their teachers. The food cooked it so good my kids tell me the centre has better cooking them me and they always eat everything there. The centre is clean and cleaned regularly. We have been happy for 10yrs here!

My child was going to this day care The things I liked is few educators are really good and take good care of my kid. I liked the menu and the food they provided to kids. The things I didn't like is centre is not clean and my kid was falling sick every other day. Also one of the educator, I stay away from name, was not good. Seems to me like she didn't like her job and was venting the frustration on my kid.She was commenting on my kid who is not even one year, does not know how to put her socks and she was sick and tired of doing it. While enrolling they told they will help in all areas and will make the child independent. She was showing her attitude every day when I reach to pick my child. For a working mom, it was such a mental harrassment the staff was throwing every other day.
