As someone who studies and works in the early childhood education sector, I was very selective when choosing a daycare for my first child. Like many first-time parents, I felt anxious about putting him into care, but I’m so glad we chose this centre.<br><br>The team is friendly, genuine, and truly cares about every child. Michelle has built such a special relationship with my son, and seeing how attached he is to her gives me great peace of mind. Christina is always warm, interactive, and fun during activities. She is responsive and caring, and my son enjoys spending time with her. Cathy, the Centre Director, has been incredibly supportive and accommodating of our family’s needs. She is always approachable, responsive to feedback, and willing to help. Kim has also done a wonderful job overseeing the program and curriculum.<br><br>As both a parent and an educator, I can see the thought and care that goes into my child’s learning experiences.<br><br>I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and high-quality early learning environment. We’re very grateful to have our son in their care.

It’s been a wonderful year with IEL Artarmon for my two boys. We’ve had great experiences with all three rooms. The centre is very clean with caring staffs, and I love seeing lots of updates on the OWNA app. Everyday they have different settings and activities. My big boy started in the grasshopper room, struggled a bit to resettle in the preschool room after a long holiday back in March. The team did an amazing job assisting him and now we’ve seen significant improvements. He communicates better, completely toilet trained, more engaged with his peers and educators, and developed amazing friendships. My baby boy also developed so much confidence in communication and physical mobility during his time in the bumblebee room. I highly recommend IEL to any local families!

Our son has been attending Innovative Early Learning Artarmon for about a month now and we’ve been really happy with our experience so far. The centre is clean, calm, and well-staffed, which gave us a lot of confidence early on. He settled in beautifully with his educator Rica, and has since built a great connection with the other educators too. They are all very kind and supportive. The director, Cathy, has been wonderful , always friendly, approachable, and genuinely listens to our feedback. It’s been a great experience so far, and we’re looking forward to continuing with them!

Cathy has been great at welcoming us to the daycare and helping settle in. The educators are all friendly and seem to cover a wide variety of topics incorporated into play. The space itself is big with lots for the children to do.<br>Communication on day to day activities, news etc is really good. Would happily recommend.

My little one has been in IEL as his first childcare and the whole team shows their great love and unexpected patience to help him getting through the new adventure. The environment is clean and tidy and every kid is so lovely. All educators are very caring and the whole team works very tight together. IEL has become the favourite place my babe will go and now he enjoys going there every week!

Our son has been going to this centre for a year now, and we couldn’t be happier. The educators are truly caring and wonderful with both babies and preschoolers. Even though he only attends two days a week, he’s always excited to go. He started in the baby room and recently moved up to the preschool room — the transition was handled so gently, and we felt really supported throughout. The educators made sure he could still have his daytime naps as he was used to, and they were amazing with toilet training too. We’re so grateful for the warm and nurturing environment they’ve created. It really feels like a second home for our little one.

IEL is the best daycare I've experienced. It is a close and tight knit centre and all the educators are wonderful as well as very accommodating - you can tell that each and everyone of them genuinely love and care about children. Our daughter is in the nursery room and her regular week is always filled with age appropriate scencory activities to help with her development or special events to keep things fun for the kids. We’ve had such a great experience with this centre! The educators are always kind, patient, and genuinely caring with the children. The daily activities are fun, creative, and very well organised — my child looks forward to going every day!

We’re really happy with the childcare centre. Communication with families is always clear and consistent, and the staffing is very stable — most of the educators are permanent, which really helps build trust and routine for the children. My daughter feels safe, settled, and has formed a strong bond with her educators.
