We’re so grateful for Search Light. After a difficult experience at a larger centre, we were understandably nervous about returning to childcare. The smaller class sizes, higher staff-to-child ratio, and genuinely caring environment have made such a difference. It’s reassuring to know our child is in a place where they feel supported and well cared for.

Located on campus at a secondary school in Brisbane, our centre offers services to students attending the school and other young families in the community.
By combining low-cost childcare with trauma-informed support, we aim to improve developmental outcomes for children and empower young parents to create positive futures for themselves and their children.
