All educators are very welcome and the center clean and safe.

Best kindy ever

Unfortunately had a very negative experience. The morale among educators was noticeably low, and it was clear that unhappy staff cannot create a genuinely nurturing environment for children. More concerningly, I witnessed some educators behave quite differently with the children once parents had left for the day — which raises serious questions about consistency of care. I would strongly advise educators and parents to think carefully before joining Sunkids Sunnybank Hills, at least while the current leadership remains in place.

Clean and friendly staff

Amazing centre. Centre manger is amazing and so supportive cares deeply about all the children at Sunkids Sunnybank Hills. We truly have the best team at Sunkids Sunnybank Hills.

From the moment we first visited, the educators at Sunkids Sunnybank hills have been incredibly welcoming and nurturing. They've created such a warm and supportive environment where my child has thrived. The staff are always so engaged and truly care about each child's well-being and development. We are so grateful for the care and dedication they provide every day! Thank you so much to the admin staff Catherine and Chantelle and especially the educators from Junior Kindy- Miss Hong, Miss Jessica Kim, Miss Elena and Miss Jess who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

No one answers the phone, called 4times and it rings then just disconnects. How are people suppose to check on their kids if you cannot even answer the phone. Not good enough
