Absolutely lovely teachers but accounts here is terribly mismanaged. From reviews looks like im not the only one. They will debit and overcharge random amounts that make no sense for the same number of days. They would also try and blame it on you not logging out even though their systems are down. Absolutely lovely teachers but terrible account management. Beware be prepared to loose thousands and chase these amounts never-endingly

I have nothing but great things to say about the Cooper's plains centre. The staff, the cleanliness, the variety of food offered, the learning experiences available, I love it so much I have enrolled my baby here for next year! I also have recommended the centre to multiple people looking for a reliable daycare.

I'm glad we don't need this place anymore. We went there pretty much straight after its built. Initially it was okay but then it shows all sorts of problems. Firstly their CEO ignored my emails regarding improper billing. This is not good attitude from the top to just ignore parents emails. Then my child got bitten repeatedly by another child so I went to talk to the then manager. After some argument she nitpicked the word victim I used to describe my child. How is this word wrong to describe someone who has been repeatedly bitten by another child under your supervision? She then said the exact word maybe this is not the right place for your child. Is this professional to say this to someone who has been repeatedly bitten here? Another time their then educators accused me of bringing party bags in their room without telling her, when she was not there and I told the other educator who told me to leave them there. I think we deserve better than this given paying more than $140 per day. They need to do better than all these kind of unprofessional, unkind attitudes to parents. I give them one more star for very few good educators back then who have already left. I hope they are doing better now.

My two kids have been at Coopers Plains for 2 years and we have nothing but nice things to say. They have educators who care for the kids and consistent staff. My kids love coming. They have the best learning programs, my kids have learnt so much.

Where do I start this has been an ongoing problem for years I have spoken to management of the centre numerous times I’ve even had to get council involved with the noise vents being left on after hours and running weekends. Air conditioning units left on all weekend after hours the cleaner coming in at 3:30 am waking us up with vents and lights running Slamming of the door underneath the building, which the manager had told me, it had been put on a slow release door, which it hasn’t constantly having toys, shoes, etc thrown out from a huge window into my neighbouring yard in Which our cars have been parked I have seen children being hit over the head by other children with toys and no staff around I’ve heard The educators scream and abuse the children, plus other family members and friends have heard it too. I brought this up with the centre and they just hang up in my ear after I had told them They have called me a liar over the years of the vent been left on lights and stuff thrown into my yard, I have proof of it all. I spoke to the manager of the centre and she had promised me all these things would be fixed. Nothing has been done. They are just rude and arrogant and disrespectful they don’t care about people‘s well-being or mental health. I’m not asking for a Miracle. I am just asking for some peace in our own home which we are entitled to. I find it so disgraceful and so distressing. I have anxiety from the stress of it all, and high blood pressure. The centre is a joke. They don’t care about neighbouring properties and they do not care about children as I’ve witnessed and heard it myself for four years due to so much stress I have to now try look for a new place to live as they have told me in the past just move how low and rude why should I have to move from my home of 18 years just shows the what there really like nice over the phone at one stage but Behind the scene is a different story. No respect no honesty no kindness, no thoughtfulness just plain Disrespect, even after council have called them to let them know, please switch the vent off over the weekends and after hours it’s still being left on they purposely do it just to annoy us. I don’t know how as a manager you sleep at night knowing you disrupt and upset people we have to shut our windows and doors every day and night to block the noise from the centre from vents air conditioning units being left on I have even had to sit down the park for hours just to escape the noise we just live in hell everyday from this centre they are well aware of this all but simply just laugh in our faces

I went into the centre today to speak to the Manager of the centre about slamming the doors leaving the lights on As well as the cleaner is coming in as late as 3am in the morning and leavein the lights on when they leave. Also about the Air-conditioning unit and the vent running every night of the week as well as the weekends. And after letting her know that I was Ahwere they can put it on a timer to Shut down it every night. She just informed me to speak to the council and I informed her that it was the council how asked her to put it on the timer for it to shut down after hours but she has consistently left it going every night and every weekend..there has been a number of complaints about it over the past few years and management hasn't done anything about any of the complaints..I know of a number of Residents That live never there are really not doing very well with all the stress and anxiety along with there Mental state due to everything that has been happening.. Most of the residents have been there for almost 17 years the Manager Of the Centre she's very rude and arrogant. And she is disrespectful that the Manager can't even be bothered to rectify the problem

I wish i was able to give 10 stars! I have nothing to fault with this centre as they are absolutely amazing! The staff are lovely and show so much love, care and warmth to not just us parents but to our children. The professionalism and teachings, and everything any childcare has to offer this one is above and beyond. If you are looking for a childcare enrol here as you will not regret it! So much cultural aspects, updates on your children and the goals you want achieved for them. My son has grown so much in such a short time just from the staff's teachings and being at this wonderful childcare.

I can't say enough good things, the team at Guardian have made our families transition amazing. Coming from a special needs background for both my children, I can't recommend Lisa, Marie, Abby and the team here enough. There are honestly no words... beyond impressed and just absolutely flawed at the professionalism and conduct of the team.. If you ever have the chance to enrol your child here, please take it... you will not regret.
