We moved our daughter here from another centre a few months ago and are so happy with our decision! Belinda, Eva and their team have been exceptional with the care they provide and with supporting our daughter with some additional challenges she has. From the get go, they were happy to work with and support our family with our transition to the centre and the goals we have for our little one to prepare her for school next year. They offer great school readiness learning opportunities and it is obvious that alot of time and effort goes into planning the most fun and engaging daily play activities for the kids which our daughter absolutely loves. The communication here is exceptional and we always get a great run down of her day when picking her up. Belinda's written observations are also always very detailed, informative and professional. They are unlike any we've read before. Thank you Rachel, Belinda and Eva for all your support so far, we are so grateful to have found Figtree!

Figtree ELC is wonderful. All staff members are so lovely and caring, the educators really make sure each child feels special and included. The facilities are clean and the outdoor play area is great.

We are very happy with this wonderful place ! The environment is clean, safe, and beautifully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the children. There is plenty of space for activities, both indoors and outdoors, allowing the kids to play, explore, and learn freely. The teachers are enthusiastic, caring, and pay close attention to every child’s needs. We truly appreciate their dedication and the positive energy they bring every day!

After moving from another local day care acadamy we are ecstatic with the level of care Figtree provide our boys, and we are so happy to have found this place! The carers are kind and put so much thought into the educational (and age appropriate) activities for the children. Drawing inspiration from the children's interests, the carers encourage participation, or alternatively give them the freedom to choose their own activity when they do not feel like participating. The open style outdoor play areas for the age groups provide a wonderful inclusive environment, all the while ensuring that each child understands the rules within the younger childrens area (the bambini section). This sense of accountability and responsibility in being respectful of others has allowed our boys to begin to understand empathy and compassion for others. I cannot give enough praise to the figtree team for creating such a wonderful and educational environment for my boys - the attention and high level of care they provide to the children and their families is phenomenal. My son has attended Figtree for over 2 years, he always enjoys his day and recently has not wanted to leave at the end of the day. The staff are very caring and always have positive feedback of his day. It is such a welcoming environment, he feels right at home here.

Couldn't imagine sending my kid anywhere else.

Our daughter has been attending preschool here for the last 6 months and we couldn’t be happier. She’s a sensitive kid and the team at Figtree have been so patient, understanding and helpful in hearing our concerns and building up her confidence to be around other people. She was nervous at the beginning but now she’s so excited when it’s a “school” day and she runs off to her friends with a big smile. Sara in particular has been such a wonderful support and whenever I have the slightest concern she’s always given us her time to talk it through and made sure we feel confident with what is happening. Teresa runs the place with efficiency, professionalism and sincere care and the communication is second to none. Thank you to the wonderful people at Figtree and to anyone considering enrolling your child I’d give them the highest recommendation.

This is my daughter’s second Day Care, can i just say the experience we have received is amazing. This is my daughters second week i can’t speak highly enough for this day care. Starting from the Staff all the teachers are very professional and kind and are very very clean.With up to date security making the school very secure, the communication you receive about your child within the whole day and on pick up is amazing.The parking is so easy with a car park and heaps of street parking with no problems to find a spot. The centre is so clean, the teachers are forever cleaning and the outdoor play area is out of this world with so much room for the kids to play. Teresa the manager is such a friendly and informative approachable person who is on the point for everything, nothing is a problem always willing to help. I highly recommend this day care to anyone looking for a day care and to all my friends and family. We are looking forward to the future and what it holds for our daughter. Thank you for welcoming our daughter and loving her like she’s your own.
