The Staff are so freinedly and helpful. They really care about the kids and the parents. Such a lovely place for our kids to go.

Follyfoot Farm was a huge part of our Village until it was taken over by Busy Bees. My children have attended the centre since 2015 and we’ve now left this week, as the last 18months have been less than perfect. When the centre director left, the wheels just fell off, other staff left with mass exodus, accreditation fell from exceeding to meets expectations and parent communication & consultation stopped. Their organisational design of 2 service managers vs a centre director doesn’t work and the service managers were not supported or mentored appropriately in their first 12months in role. Staff were not invested in or supported to further there experience or qualifications. Families were isolated, argued with and treated with disrespect. Mass exodus of families demonstrates how wrong they’ve got this prioritising profits & fancy renovations over families and staff. It’s heartbreaking to watch this centre which was the best on the coast fall from grace. Busy Bees has a lot of work to do to turn this ship around. The centre has so much potential and there’s a handful of original staff left who are keeping this place afloat. Overpriced fees circa $180 per day. Would not recommend.anymore, after singing their praises for 5 years.
