My husband and I felt really vulnerable moving to a new area and settling into a new home and school. I was especially nervous about changing daycares, as our girls had been so settled before. We enrolled them at Guardian in Hornsby. I was disappointed. Some staff lacked empathy, and one day I walked in to find my daughter crying with no one comforting her. Every single morning for six weeks, both girls clung to my leg crying, and no staff ever came to help. It was heartbreaking, so we pulled them out. When I found Hornsby Heights Preschool, I was extra stressed knowing what my girls had already endured. But I knew this was the right place for us. From their very first week, both girls settled in beautifully. Now they’re happy, confident, and excited to go each day. It really reassures me to trust my motherly instincts I feel so reassured and grateful knowing they’re truly cared for. Hornsby Heights or the “bunny school” as my girls call it (because of the picture of the bunny out the front) feels like an extension of our home, with the perfect balance of play, learning, and nurturing.

This school has truly become a second home for our daughter. She loves the multicultural atmosphere and the diverse learning opportunities. The center's science-focused curriculum has sparked her curiosity. It's wonderful to see her so engaged and shared her learning journey with friends every day. Highly recommended!

We enrolled our daughter at Hornsby Heights Preschool Kindergarten. Initially, she was a bit shy due to her limited English skills. However, thanks to the warm and loving staff, she quickly felt at home and now absolutely adores the place. The preschool encourages kids to be active and creative, which we really appreciate. It has been one of the best experiences of my daughter's life!
