My village! My son has attended CCH centre 2 since he was 5 months old & the entire team, from his Nursery Educators, the early morning educators, the educators throughout the centre and the administration, they have all been warm, welcoming and the best to us as new parents. I can't thank Coomera Clubhouse enough for being our support network and for being our sons safe space and family away from home. Forever grateful to have sent my baby here.

Extremely disappointing experience. I called the centre yesterday to enquire about availability for three days per week and was advised that those days were available. Based on that information, we booked a tour and rearranged our schedules to attend at the time provided by the centre. Upon arriving on time for the tour, we were informed that only one day was actually available. This directly contradicted the information that had been communicated and confirmed the day before, resulting in a complete waste of our time. As parents already navigating the stress of finding a new childcare centre, accurate communication and organisation are essential. Unfortunately, our experience demonstrated a significant lack of both. While we ultimately decided this centre was not the right fit for our family, it is concerning that such basic information regarding availability could not be communicated correctly. Families make important decisions based on the information provided and deserve better.

Both centres have been incredibly welcoming and have shown my daughter so much love, care, and guidance from the very beginning. Whether the educator is from her room or another, every single one takes the time to make her feel safe, supported, and included. It’s so comforting to see how genuinely they care about her wellbeing and development, and how they encourage her confidence, independence, and curiosity each day. I’m truly grateful for the beautiful bonds they are building with her and for the positive environment they create. Knowing she is surrounded by such kind, attentive educators makes kindy such a happy and special place for her to be, and it gives me so much peace of mind as a parent.

In September 2025, my 9-month-old son and I visited Coomera Clubhouse Centre 2 for a 'stay and play' session. Despite there being only four infants and two educators, my son was completely ignored by the room leader, Miss Cheyanne. It felt very off to be left in the corner by ourselves without any engagement from the staff. I withdrew my application immediately because the experience was so disappointing. What a shame, as I had hoped for much better!

CCH2 have gone above and beyond for my son with the extra support and help he has needed and i couldn’t be more appreciative. the whole team is amazing from the operation manager, directors and educators the coomera club house team always make you feel like family. It’s such a nice feeling knowing my son feels safe and secure in his room and i love the small class numbers. Thank you ladies!

Both my boys have grown so much in their time at Coomera Clubhouse! I’m so grateful for all their beautiful educators and love seeing the photos from their fun filled days!

My son started at coomera clubhouse centre 2 around 3 years ago. I am an extremely picky person so the centre needed to meet a lot of expectations. I must say they have actually exceeded my expectations especially in the last 2 years. My son has additional needs and has had lots of behavioural issues over the years and not even once has the centre made me feel bad or had negative things to say about my son, instead they have only looked at the ways they could help him and what they could do to support him better. They never just put him in the to hard basket like lots of other kindys do. I have recommended this kindy to so many people in the last year that haven’t had their child’s needs met at other kindys. All the staff are wonderful but truely there is a handful that have left an imprint on both myself and my son and they are so deserving of extra recognition as they treat your child more then just a number. Massive shout out to Miss Courtney, Miss Karla (who won my son over in 2 days), Miss Perdita, Miss Sam and Miss Emma who are just a bit extra special to us due to the extra mile they have gone to for my son. Thanks again Coomera Clubhouse and we will miss you guys terribly next year!

We moved out daughter to Coomera Clubhouse 2, after being dissatisfied with another daycare. We love the centre and are so glad that we made the move. The communication is fantastic, staff are friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend
