We have had all three of our children attend this centre, experiencing almost every class from Nursery 1 through to Kindy, and I genuinely cannot fault our experience and want share my detailed 5 star review to let the community know what they can expect if you choose this centre: -Every class leader we have encountered has been caring, supportive, and deeply invested in my children feeling safe, comfortable, regulated, and well cared for. There is a genuine understanding and support for neurodivergent children and families. -All conversations around additional needs, accommodations, or support have always been met with respect, empathy, and a truly collaborative approach. -There is a strong sense of consistency and familiarity here, many staff have remained over the time we have been with the centre, which speaks volumes about the culture and leadership. -The educators truly see children as individuals and meet them where they are developmentally, rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. -The centre genuinely celebrates diversity and cultural inclusion. There is meaningful acknowledgement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait lslander peoples, important cutural days, and integrated art and learning across the centre. As a Kiwi and Mãori parent, I especially love seeing Matariki and Mãori and New Zealand cultural celebrations respectfuly acknowledged within the classrooms throughout the year. In Kindy, Miss Stephanie and Miss April have been wonderful with helping my son settle and feel safe during daily transitions, especially at drop-off. Their caring, calm, and reassuring nature has made a huge difference. These two ladies are emotionally attuned, patient, and genuinely present with the children, especially during big feelings or challenging moments - that is the energy of their class (as well as very fun and engaging as well!!). Miss Marta and Miss Tiana have also been incredibly caring, open-minded, and accommodating while supporting my daughter in Nursery 2 and Pre-Kindy. She is non-verbal and sensitive to overstimulating environments, and the way they have supported her has meant a great deal to our family. In the Nursery 1, Miss Sam (Salome) and Bryannon are fantastic with the babies. They are attentive, nurturing, and truly invested in the children. They played a big role in helping my youngest catch up with her language and gross motor milestones. A special mention to Miss Tina, who drives the school van. She is an absolute sweetheart and incredibly valued for her safe transportation, calm presence, and amazing settling skills with the children. The wider team are always friendly, welcoming (always greeted or met with a smile), and are happy to help. Special mentions to Miss Laisani, Miss Bree (currently on maternity leave), Miss Fetoai, and Miss Freja, who are always willing to step in, assist, and help settle my children when needed. Miss Tayla and Bianca truly run the show, and I am very grateful for their patience, kindness, and gracious responses to my many emails, questions, and casual day requests. As a FIFO mum who had three children under four at one point, this centre has truly been my little village of support. Especially during periods of injury, changing work hours, and pregnancy - their flexibility and understanding made a world of difference. My experience has been that if you communicate openly, respectfully, and honestly, they are more than willing to meet you halfway and often go above and beyond. The centre offers lots of sensory play, water play, shaded outdoor areas, sensory swings (nests), good air conditioning, beautiful clean rooms, and engaging activities that support learning in fun and meaningful ways. I've been told by the littles that the food is good and plentiful too ! Thank you so much to this wonderful group of women who have taken such incredible care of my babies. I'm so very grateful 🩷

Our children have been at this centre for three years. Our oldest just completed his Prep year and was more than ready thanks to Miss Stephanie and their Kindy readiness program. Our 2 younger children have just flourished into the most amazing little kids under their care . From day one, the educators and the centre director have loved, nurtured and supported not just our kids, but our whole family. Walking into the centre has always felt like walking into a second home. The communication, the warmth, and the consistency of care are unmatched. It is rare to find a place where you truly trust that your children are safe, understood, and deeply cared for — and we found that here. This centre is a rare find, they're ONLY priority is to provide reliable and flexible support to families.

We have been using this daycare for years now and it is literally like our second home. The staff are wonderful, warm, compassionate and always care for my children like their own. The Centre is well kept and has wonderful resources for all types of play. I love seeing updates on my child's day knowing that the ladies are facilitating all areas of her leaning and development. Our son has been attending Redbank Plains Children’s Centre since he was 10months old. He is almost 3 now. We absolutely love this centre and could not recommend it enough. The educators are all so approachable and friendly. Everyone knows our son’s name and we are always greeted with a smile. They are kind, caring and very professional educators. Bianca is efficient with her replies to phone calls and emails and they constantly update us on what events are on in the community. Our son is thriving within this centre. We thank you all for your hard work. It does not go unnoticed.

I can only recommend this child care centre. Both my children have attended the centre, my son has just graduated from Kindy. The director Bianca is always friendly and helpful, and I have found all staff both warm and professional. They always care about the children, their well being and helping them learn. Even after several years, the staff still remember my daughter who is now about to start Year 3. A lot of the educators have been at the centre for many years, and the centre feels like a welcoming family. My kids (and I) will miss going there. I hope it will continue being a wonderful happy place for children to learn and grow!!

Being a parent who has unfortunately moved away from the area and enrolled my children in a new child care centre I just wanted to leave some feedback about the Redbank Plains Child Care Children’s Centre. Our days would start with warm welcome our names always remembered. The centre was always clean and staff attentive to their hyperactive charges with smiles on their faces. Our pick up would consist of once again staff who knew our names who could tell us what adventures and learning our little jelly beans had done that day and if we needed to know anything. My two jelly beans would come home with stories of their day and often wanting to show or share new things. I would also like to say the child care centre itself was bright, modern and extremely well maintained. I found the fees reasonable and management understanding and I now know way ahead of the game. Now that I have my children in another centre I realise how exceptional Redbank Plains Child Care Children’s Centre is. I miss the management and team very much. I have 3 children who have all attended this centre. My children have thrived during their time here, and my eldest has just started school well equipped after attending from nursery all the way through to their wonderful kindergarten program. As a busy mum it has been amazing knowing my children are happy and safe, with caring and passionate educators who go above and beyond for the kids. I highly recommend Redbank Plains Child Care Children's Centre.
