We recently moved to the area and decided to visit Kids Discovery Spring Farm without making an appointment. I didn't want a staged tour—I wanted to see the service as it operates on a normal day.<br>From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding customer service. The centre was spotless, well presented, and had a calm, inviting atmosphere. Even though we hadn't booked, the staff happily showed us through the entire service without hesitation.<br>My daughter was warmly greeted and acknowledged by every educator we met, which made us both feel welcome. All of the rooms felt relaxed, nurturing, and well organised. We were also provided with clear information about fees and available days during our visit.<br>After seeing the service firsthand, it's easy to understand why Kids Discovery Spring Farm was awarded Best Business in the local area. The quality of care, professionalism of the team, and welcoming environment truly stand out.<br>Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'd give Kids Discovery Spring Farm 10/10, and we'll definitely be completing the enrolment forms. Highly recommend!

My kids were originally at a previous daycare centre the centre closed down abruptly and kids discovery were so helpful and understanding to my stress as a mum.<br>They welcomed me in right away for a tour of the centre. I decided to send my kids to discovery and the teachers were so welcoming and understanding of the difficulty it will be for my kids to deal with the sudden change. My son was quite young and was very settled with the previous daycare. But the educators were so adaptable and willing to help in anyway.<br>My kids are so settled at discovery now, the daily activities are very engaging. My daughter will be graduating today and I'm confident they have helped to set her up for big school with confidence and knowledge.

Kids Discovery Spring Farm has truly become my little Evelyn’s second home. Every educator we have met has been incredibly kind, caring and supportive. I cannot speak highly enough of this childcare centre. From the moment we enrolled, we felt welcomed and supported. The educators are warm, professional, and genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development. My child has grown so much in confidence, language, and social skills since joining.<br><br>The communication with parents is excellent—they always keep me updated with photos, activities, and daily routines. The centre is spotless, safe, and full of creative learning opportunities. As a parent and an educator, I can honestly say that I am so proud to be part of this organisation. The staff are experienced, professional, warm and welcoming. The service is well resourced, clean and exciting learning experiences are planned daily.<br><br>As a first time Mum returning to work, I have been supported, reassured and felt welcomed into the service. All of the educators are kind, caring and nurturing towards the children, families and each other. I couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre! From the very first day, the educators have made our child feel safe, supported, and excited to come in each morning. The staff are caring, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment. Highly recommend Kids Discovery Spring Farm. From the time of enquiring about enrolment, having us come in so my boys could see the place and be introduced to their new educators before their first day and every day since, the centre and all of the staff have been nothing but helpful, kind and caring towards our family. It was a big adjustment for my three boys to change centres but with the continued encouragement from their educators I can see that they feel comfortable, safe and are happy to be there.
