Please do NOT send your children to this TAFE preschool. The educators here lack responsibility. My child attended for six months and got injured twice due to staff negligence. Once my child bumped their forehead and it swelled badly; another time, they fell and cut their mouth, bleeding heavily.<br><br>Every single day when I pick up my child, the educators keep me back just to tell me there is something wrong with my kid. Besides, some educators speak in a very loud voice, and the children are scared of them.<br><br>My child keeps saying they hate going to this preschool and refuses to get ready each morning. You can only imagine how the children are treated when parents are not around. Think twice before enrolling your little ones here.

Our experience with this childcare was extremely disappointing, primarily due to poor management and a lack of understanding of children’s individual developmental needs.<br><br>Our son had only been attending childcare for three months when management insisted he move to the next room because he had turned 3 years old. We explained that this was his first childcare experience and that he had only just settled into the environment. However, our concerns were dismissed, and the decision appeared to be based solely on his age rather than his emotional readiness.<br><br>After the move, he was placed with children who were significantly older. He naturally wanted to play with them, but he was frequently excluded and rejected. Instead of receiving the support and guidance he needed to develop positive relationships, we felt he was often blamed when challenges occurred. As parents, it was heartbreaking to see his confidence diminish.<br><br>More than a year after leaving the centre, our son is still dealing with the emotional effects of those experiences and continues to rebuild his confidence around peers.<br><br>Every child deserves to be treated as an individual and to feel safe, included, and supported. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we cannot recommend this childcare.

My daughter started going to this daycare in 2023 and I am absolutely delighted with the service, the educators and the safe environment they provide for your little ones. My daughter is very happy here. Ever since she started going to this daycare we have seen positive changes in her. We cannot think of a safer and better place for her.

Nice park with various amenities like children playing ground, table tennis board for kids, running and bicycle tracks cricket and football fields etc.

My daughter came to center since she was 1 year and 3 month. Sharon and other staff teach her toilet training in short time which really help me and save me a lot of time when I look after Alice. Alice really enjoy the craft class and painting, her work always supprise me when I pick up her, it is really a good memory when I finish the whole working days. She learned so many songs from the centre. She became caring , sharing, creative, knowledgable, even share information of COVID with me. I really satisfy all the education from all the carer. They love kids and kids love them. Alice like the center just as it is another home of her. Thanks for Anumpa and her whole team. They are really wonderful. They treat the kids as they are their own kids.
