Very disappointing with how this company has handled the major issues that lead to being shut down by the department. Zero communication, even leaving fake 5 star reviews to improve the goggle rating. Stay away from jenny's

The educators are so kind and attentive. They really take the time to get to know each child and make learning fun and engaging. We love how they encourage independence, creativity, and social skills - all through play and exploration. The environment is bright, clean, and welcoming, with so many different activities to keep the kids curious and busy. We also really appreciate the regular communication from staff - the updates, and little notes about our son’s progress make us feel so involved. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our child to learn and grow.

I am extremely disappointed with the communication that has come from this organisation. The handling of recent matters gives the clear impression of a cover-up, and attempting to deflect accountability by blaming “previous management” is, in my view, an unacceptable cop-out. Having observed situations like this before, it is evident when transparency is lacking. I will not be returning my child to this service, and I would encourage other parents to carefully consider whether this is an environment in which they wish to place the safety and wellbeing of their children. Equally concerning is the response of the Director, whose statements to local media appear more focused on downplaying the closure and shifting blame than on acknowledging the seriousness of the issues. Instead of openly admitting that significant improvements are required to ensure the safety of children, the messaging has suggested that the matter is “resolved,” which only raises further doubts. Parents deserve honesty, accountability, and a genuine commitment to improvement—anything less compromises trust. Sadly, based on the approach taken, this service does not reflect those values I wish to acknowledge the excellent work of the NSW Department of Education for stepping up and trying to fix a broken industry that has become more about profits then child safety and it’s incredible dedicated early childhood teachers

Excellent staff and educators. Excellent facilities. Rooms are clean. Lots of activities/learning for the kids. My son loves his educators and peers. Only downside is the waitlist haha

Dear Lisa and the team at Jenny’s, Well, where do I start? There is not enough I can say to convey the gratitude and appreciation that we have for you all. You took Hxxx in as one of your own and we have revelled in seeing him grow and develop under your care. From the minute we walked over 4 years ago, we knew Jenny’s was the place Hxxx was meant to me. I remember vividly walking in and seeing all the beautiful drawings and the array of colours, as well as being amazed that Lisa could remember all the children’s names whilst we looked at the playground. We then walked into the nursery and saw one of the teachers rocking one of the babies to sleep – this was my one fear that Hxxx would be lost without me helping him to sleep but he probably slept better for you than he did us! Hxxx has been looked after and nurtured for over 4 years with the amazing team – Miss Tahnee was his day one favourite but he soon accumulated a lot of favourites over the years with Miss Nat, Aleisha and Fiona being the most recent. Special mention to Miss Donna for allowing him to come into the kitchen to ‘help’ her when he didn’t want to come in. Jenny’s should be proud of their staff as they are just absolutely beautiful people. He certainly has been passionate and vivacious at times and I appreciate the gentle guidance that you all provided to bring him back into line. It is so sad to say goodbye to you all but we will be forever grateful that you all treated Hxxx as ‘one of your own’ and helped him become the happy, loving and energetic young boy that has a zest for life. Thank you for everything and thank you for taking care of our boy.
