We have had such wonderful experiences within the Nursery 1.2, Toddler 1.1 and Toddler 2.2 rooms over the past few years. Some of the carer's from our beginning have moved interstate or overseas but many remain the same and we love the sense of familiarity. It's a smaller centre on a quiet street which for me was critical for child safety. It's all one level and the casual staff are very consistent across the Cheltenham campus - there are casual staff who will (many years later) greet my elder child as if they are long lost friends. Special shout out to Mel T, Kellie, Peta, Rohini, Nari, Nora, Mel B, Flilishy, Akhila, Liz, Judit - you are all such wonderful carer's to our children. Thank you for making OAC feel like home.

The Cheltenham branch seems to be ok, but what is with the accounts/billing department? Extremely poor communication, exorbitant fees, fees that don't make sense, take forever to get back to you. Extremely unprofessional and once we have finished the month with our son, we won't be back, nor will we recommend OAC to anyone.

Do not send your child here. Our 1-year-old son suffered second-degree burns at this daycare—yes, burns. We’ve been told this was from a child’s play mat on a 21°C day, which is not only unbelievable but completely unacceptable. The daycare failed to follow basic sun safety procedures and has offered us lie after lie in response to our concerns. There has been no accountability, only excuses. In what world does a child receive second-degree burns from a play mat in mild weather? This is a clear sign of neglect. Our child has been immediately removed from this center, and we strongly urge other parents to reconsider before entrusting their children to a place that demonstrates such a lack of care and attention.

We couldn't be happier with the OAC Cheltenham! The teachers and carers are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely seem to love spending time with the kids. It's so comforting to know that our girls are in such good hands. The staff go above and beyond to keep us informed, regularly updating us on how our children are doing, what they like, and even what they don’t like. This level of communication gives us such peace of mind as parents. Our daughters look forward to seeing the ladies every week, and it's clear they feel safe, loved, and happy there. We are so grateful to have found a place that cares for our children as much as we do. Highly recommend this daycare / kinder to any parent! OAC Cheltenham has been our second family for the last 3.5 years. Both my sons have the best days here and adore their educators. All staff are beyond amazing and go above and beyond for the children and families - it’s truly special being able to have the connections we do with the staff. We love our OAC Cheltenham family! I would say OAC Cheltenham is definitely one of the best Child care providers. They care the children as much as their own. The entire team is not only friendly but also highly skilled.
