I am only second day into the kids club Elizabeth st. I want to share that Doreen my kid class room teacher is amazing so far. 1 i can see she is a proud staff member who works with passion. During the orientation she was very patient and i can tell although jt is a tough job she has a lot of passion for it and the kids. she is a petite girl herself but picked up kids to comfort them. 2 today i had a rough morning and my child did too with me crying. sensing a separation anxiety she caller me (what a nice surprise) to tell me my boy settled all right to reassure me. i can't tell for the next few months but I can see why the centre has many 5 stars as most staff are attentive and pleasant as far as i can see. Doreen did ask asked me what would be my biggest concern: i told her as long as my kid is not abused i don't have any. child care teachers are doing an amazing jov and we cant expect them to be perfect as we cant be that perfect carer / parent. she said any feedback is welcome. I want to say thank you.

I can’t recommend Kids Club Elizabeth enough. When we started we had so many concerns with our baby’s eczema and allergies, but the centre were so caring that it was a huge peace of mind for us. Fast forward, our baby is thriving and absolutely loves daycare, his educators, Cathy and the amazing meals by Chef Gina. I’m constantly surprised by how many bowls my baby consumes 😆. Wanted to give everyone at Kids Club Elizabeth a huge shout out from the bottom of our hearts. The centre is also very advanced with their tech and I love the updates and stories shared. So glad we found you and thank you for being so good to baby M!

I cannot sing the praises of Cathy and the team here enough. They are excellent communicators, carers and so trustworthy, everything you would like when looking for a centre for your little one. My daughter is so happy here. And I can’t forget to mention the incredible efforts of Chef Gina, creative in the kitchen for the kids and also creates the wonderful afternoon tea/breakfast spreads the parents adore!

Our daughter had a wonderful year and a half at Kids Club Elizabeth St. Although she had to leave because she needs to secure a seat at a private school, we had beautiful memories from our time here.

Cathy was always kind and flexible, especially with our year-end travel plans. Although the teacher turnover was a bit high, Ms. Amy, Shakira, Farah, Denie, Helen and Thao were all dedicated and responsible, giving us peace of mind. Chef Gina's food was amazing, especially during various festive activities. It was like she worked magic with the ingredients, and the children loved her efforts. Our daughter grew so much during her time here. Thank you all the educators. Recommend for all 💓

Believe the hype people. You don’t get better. To Cathy and the team thank you for everything you and the team have done for Ana for the last 3 and bit years. She couldn’t have a better preparation for her schooling. A special thank you for always making our little rainbow 🌈 family feel not just welcome but embraced. Taking on the rainbow family training and the activities in class has made Ana feel like having a non traditional nuclear family is just something that is. I can’t imagine this being the case everywhere and certainly not in times past. So from the bottom of my ❤️ heart. Thank you for everything. Words cannot express adequately everything you and the team have done for us. From Jasmin, Shakira, Tao, Anastasia, Gina and Dani they have lol played a formative role in moulding Ana. I hope she reflects all of these amazing women in her future years.

Kids Club has been amazing for my daughter. She happily walks in every morning at 18 months old and that tells me everything! The space is light filled, modern, open and clean. The most amazing meals are cooked by Chef Gina on site. All the educators are beautiful and caring. They are genuine and truely care about the kids. The activities are amazing - Zumba included! I feel really comfortable with my daughter attending. I had visited a lot of day cares and none felt like this even on a planned tour. Thank you Cathy and the Team at Kids Club.

Our family loves kids club Surry Hills! After touring five centers this was by FAR the best. I am a very picky person and it stood out in so many ways, the caring staff, the CLEANLINESS (big one for me), new toys, fabulous outdoor play area with bikes and cubby and cars, sandpit, veggie patch and more. Also, Chef Gina is incredible and makes properly nice food (not the nursing home style stuff) she even does grazing boards for the kids. So boujee. We enrolled my daughter at 2.5 years and after being solely in my care I thought it would be a hard transition and while it was a difficult adjustment as expected, after two weeks she assimilated seamlessly thanks to the love and care of the staff. All of the children are so sweet and caring and always greet her. She always comes home happy and excited to tell me about her day and all the fun activities they do - also highly educational. Fabulous place. Kathy the centre manager is a true gem and there is a great sense of culture and community there. Big shout out to Kids Club!!

Unfortunately, we are deeply shocked and disappointed by the level of care, or lack thereof, that our child received. It was her first week, second day to be precise. When my husband arrived to pick up our child on Friday around 4:50 PM, he found her crying in the middle of the room. Upon asking educator about the situation, she briefly responded that she is missing mummy. It is beyond comprehension how two educators could stand by, observing a distressed and crying child, without offering comfort or investigating the cause. This response is not only inadequate for an educator but also as a basic human reaction. The moment they left daycare she mentioned she couldn't move her left arm and it was in pain under her skin. After finishing work, I visited the Kids Club to speak with the educator on duty - Kristina myself. Her brief response that no accident had occurred was baffling. Additionally, when we undressed our child, we noticed a scratch on her left side near the collarbone and multiple bruises on her legs. It turns out she was indeed missing her mummy because she was in pain. As confirmed by the doctor at the hospital, she had a pulled a left elbow. We cannot understand how two educators could overlook such an incident as a pulled elbow. We have lost trust and faith in the level of care at the Kids Club. We do not believe the educators possesses the necessary empathy, emotional maturity, or seniority to care for our child adequately.

My daughter loves it there. Great food, wonderful staff and facilities are huge!

I've enrolled my daughter into KidsClub Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills and she's a very shy and very clingy gal, and just is not use to unfamiliar faces. However, its been 3 and a half weeks now and shes already leaping into the arms of the teachers, which is a great sign for me and my husband. I'm a first time mum, so seeing this really makes my day. The Teachers in Rainforest are just awesome and caring and I'm grateful for their work. Cathy, who assisted me with the tour and greets you every morning, is amazing. She makes the process so easy, shes friendly, her smile makes your day and they're very professional. And they have an awesome Chef name Gina. Wonderful Chef and is just very passionate with the kids nutrition. Amazing place.
