Kenmore District Kindy has been absolutely wonderful for our family. Practically speaking, it was the only community kindy in the area which offered days/times which suited our family. I cannot speak highly enough about the teachers, grounds, and program and can only advise you to check them out for yourselves. Our children have gained so much from growing in this beautiful environment, and I am so grateful to be part of the KDK community.

Both my boys did two years at Kenmore District. They loved it! The grounds a large with plenty of grass, climbing space and sand/mud play. Excellent toys, craft and books. The teachers are so warm and loving. The day is very structured the the kids thrive on the routine. My boys made some lovely friendships while they were there. I would highly recommend!!

My son attends this daycare, and it is a fantastic kindergarten. Set in a gorgeous leafy green oasis, all teachers and assistants have been there long-term (30 - 5 year range), varied and well though out curriculum, community vibe, great facilities for the kids and most importantly very happy children! My son has being going to KDK this year and he has really flourished. I’ve been impressed by the fantastic educators, the community feel, the emphasis on conservation. I’ll be really sad to be leaving the kindy as my son begins prep next year. Highly recommend.

Two of our children have attended this kindergarten and I can't speak highly enough of it. After experiencing three preschools in three different countries, KDK is easily the best because of the range of different and imaginative activities, experienced staff and strong sense of community. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Following a disastrous placement at a local daycare, we were lucky enough to snag a spot at KDK for my son, and the difference was incredible. The structure, outdoor play and teacher engagement ensured my son was able to feel a sense of belonging relatively quickly and he was challenged. Appreciate you all so much - thank you.

We couldn't be happier. Our son started as a 3 year old and has continued this year before starting prep - he loves it. We have been so impressed by the educators - their warmth and approach to educating has been remarkable. We are looking forward to sending our youngest in a few years.

We were debating sending our 3 yr old to another year in daycare when we heard of this kindy. He just wasn't getting any attention from the teachers that seemed to rotate every other week and the director which seemed to change every six months. The care and attention that the teachers and the director at this kindy give is amazing. Our little boy has really come out of his shell since sending him here and we put it all to the teachers. We've also been able to meet a few parents from the area while volunteering here and have made some great friends. This definitely never would have happened at daycare!

Some of the most experienced teachers in the area and passionate parents. It really means something to be a community kindy that everyone gets involved - you meet some amazing people and have teachers who really care about the kids! The fact that it's a two year program really helps too since the younger kids get to learn from the older kids, the older kids get some responsibility, and then get some consistency before moving up to prep. Love this place - would recommend it to anyone in the area. A whole lot better than daycare!
