HH North Parramatta has been my child’s second home. We are so grateful for the caring and supportive environment that the educators provide. The timely updates and activities are something to commend on. It’s wonderful to see how much my child is learning while also feeling safe and happy 😊

As Myra’s parents, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at the daycare. We’ve been really impressed with Heritage House North Parramatta. The centre is beautiful, clean, and has brand new facilities that feel thoughtfully designed for young children. The educators and team have been professional, caring, and easy to communicate with from the beginning. We’ve felt well supported throughout, and communication has been smooth and clear, which gives us confidence as parents. A lovely environment with a dedicated team — highly recommend!

I would like to share my feedback for HHNP. It is absolutely true that HHNP provides very high-quality care. As a parent, I am fully satisfied with the care and support my child receives here. The teachers take wonderful care of the children and create a safe, nurturing, and happy environment. My son is always very happy when he comes to HHNP and seeing him so comfortable and joyful makes me even happier as a parent. He feels very comfortable here and I can clearly see that he is learning so many new things every day. I also truly appreciate how neat and clean my child always looks when I pick him up. It clearly reflects the level of care and attention given by the staff. The teachers are extremely friendly, supportive, and approachable. I would like to specially thank Ms. Kruti for her exceptional care, kindness and dedication. She is always very helpful and truly goes above and beyond to support both children and parents. I would also like to appreciate Madhu, Sadia, and Devika for their continuous support and care. I truly appreciate the dedication and effort the entire team puts into taking care of the children. I would love to thank and recommend Ms Kruti and her lovely team of educators at Heritage House North Parramatta. I feel confident everytime I send my child to preschool knowing she is cared for and taught by such positive, professional and loving educators. She enjoys her days spent here and always has something new to share. The centre itself is new, well designed and safe. The hardwork and dedication to the children at this centre is evident in everything they do. A big thank you from our family to yours.

We’ve had a great experience with Heritage House Child Care in North Parramatta. The educators are caring and attentive, and communication with parents is always clear and timely. Special thanks to Miss Sadia, Miss Madhu, Miss Devika, and Miss Liying, they are truly exceptional. Miss Kruti, the manager, is also very supportive and kind. We feel safe and reassured every time we drop off our daughter. Hope they continue this great care in the future.
