We’ve had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre and couldn’t be more grateful for the support they’ve provided our son. From day one, the team has been incredibly warm, helpful, and accommodating, making what can often be a stressful transition feel smooth and reassuring.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Learning Ladder Watsonia. All the educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely care for the children’s wellbeing and development. From the very beginning, the team made us feel welcome and took the time to understand our child’s needs, routines, and personality. Our son went through 3 different rooms here and all the educators from these rooms are excellent. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up with engaging activities that support learning through play. Communication with families is excellent — we receive regular updates, photos, and feedback, which gives us peace of mind throughout the day. We’re incredibly grateful that our son is very happy in this childcare centre and would highly recommend it to other families.

We are so happy with Learning Ladder Watsonia. Our twins attend 4 year old kindergarten here and the Kinder 1 room at learning ladder is a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where my children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. The space is thoughtfully set up to encourage their curiosity, creativity, and independence. The educators are truly exceptional! Ragi the kinder teacher in particular is caring, consistently helpful, supportive and incredibly gentle and kind. All the teachers show genuine care for each child, taking the time to understand their individual needs and strengths and I have found they have a great open communication with parents where we are updated about our children’s progress, strengths and even areas requiring extra attention regularly. Overall, this kindergarten room is a fantastic environment led by dedicated educators who go above and beyond every day.

We enrolled our son at Learning Ladder Watsonia and have been very happy with the experience. He settled in quickly and enjoys learning new things every day. The staff are professional, caring, and supportive. Management is always available to answer our questions, which we really appreciate. The meals provided are great. Our son is a fussy eater at home, but he enjoys most of his food at daycare , this makes us feel confident and reassured. We contacted Learning Ladder Watsonia several months before our child was born to arrange a tour. Unfortunately, we were only shown the baby area, as we were told that’s where our newborn would spend the first year. While we were briefly taken upstairs, we were only shown the common area near the kitchen and not the rest of the facility. During the tour, the staff member spent a significant amount of time speaking negatively about other childcare providers while emphasising that their centre does things differently. This approach felt unprofessional and left us wondering why we weren’t shown the full centre. If there is nothing to hide, we would have expected a more transparent and comprehensive tour of the entire facility. Edit: I’ve since seen the centre’s response, which suggests this could be a fake review from a competitor. Rather than considering that this was a genuine experience from a prospective family, it’s disappointing to see the focus placed on discrediting feedback instead of reflecting on why we left the tour feeling dismissed and unconvinced.

I’m beyond grateful for the wonderful experience my child has in Learning ladder. His love for learning has blossomed, especially in literacy, and he thrives in the hands-on activities.
