Our sons home away from home ! Renu and the girls in kinder 1 are absolutely amazing !!!

I was so nervous about sending my girl to daycare and after touring a few local daycares I decided on learning ladder mainly because the toddler room looked like the right fit for my adventurous girl- it had a great play ground, lots of outdoor space available for the kiddies to roam in and out of and the educators were very welcoming during the tour. Since having her there from January, the centre has exceeded my expectations of a daycare. The daily activities, the updates on the apps, the photos and summary of the day but above all the educators in her room have been phenomenal. My daughter started her time crying and not wanting to go but that quickly disappeared as she realised how cared for she was there. She was always welcomed with a big cuddle and reassured that she would be okay, I constantly got calls about how she was settling in on those early days when she was upset (I think the educators could sense I was upset leaving her). Not long after settling in and finding her groove, my daughter now runs into the room and talks about how excited she is about daycare and her educators. I couldn’t be happier with the love and care she receives there- highly recommended to any anxious parents struggling to chose a center.

Have been sending my children to learning ladder Watsonia for 3 years now and am so happy with the care they receive. You can tell all the educators truly care about the children and everyone knows all the kids so well! It’s always very warm and lovely to do drop off and pick up. The kids always come home happy. The admin staff are also very approachable and friendly.

We cannot speak highly enough of 4yr old Kinder team at Learning Ladder Watsonia. We had this same team for a time in 3yr old kinder and thought they were amazing but now we have them in the 4yr old space and think they have to be exceptional and well beyond the norm. The team is so efficient. They are exactly what you want in a team teaching your child - they communicate so well with each other and with parents, easy to approach as well, they tailor the curriculum to the kids interests as much as possible and their practice of early childhood education is inclusive, encouraging and provides positive challenges to learn and grow. There is a large focus on ensuring every child is ready for school not just academically but prepared with independent skills and healthy routines. When doing school tours with our 4yr old, she was able to answer the Prep/Foundation class work and I know for a fact that that has come about due to the team at Learning Ladder. Thank you Ragi, Dawa, Zehra and to those that step in when needed - your efforts are always noticed and always appreciated!

Ragi is my daughter's (Lara) Kinder teacher, and she has been there since Lara first started, which has made such a positive difference to her kinder experience. From the beginning, Ragi has been caring, attentive and genuinely invested in supporting Lara’s development. She provides honest, thoughtful feedback about our child, which we’ve really valued and appreciated as parents. Her calm and encouraging approach has helped Lara grow in confidence, and we were so proud to see this reflected in how well Lara handled her school interview — she absolutely nailed it. We are incredibly grateful for the care, guidance and consistency Ragi has provided, and we couldn’t be happier with the impact she’s had on Lara. Tanisha is my son's educator and has been there since Leo first started at childcare, and she has supported him (and us) every step of the way. As a parent, it’s never easy trusting someone else with your child, but with Tanisha, we have felt complete trust from the very beginning. Her care, kindness and consistency have made such a difference to Leo. He absolutely adores her, and it’s so clear how happy, settled and comfortable he is in her care. Seeing how excited he is to see Tanisha each day gives us so much reassurance. We are incredibly grateful for the love and attention she gives Leo, and we couldn’t ask for a better educator to support his early years.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot express enough how thrilled we are with Learning Ladder! Both of my daughters attend this center, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring that every child feels valued. My daughters settled in almost instantly and are always greeted with smiles, making their experience enjoyable and fulfilling. The nurturing environment and engaging activities have greatly contributed to their growth and happiness. I highly recommend Learning Ladder to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for your children !

The educators are so friendly and patient. My kids love this place and can't wait to go there everyday.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Learning Ladder Watsonia. All the educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely care for the children’s wellbeing and development. From the very beginning, the team made us feel welcome and took the time to understand our child’s needs, routines, and personality. Our son went through 3 different rooms here and all the educators from these rooms are excellent. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up with engaging activities that support learning through play. Communication with families is excellent — we receive regular updates, photos, and feedback, which gives us peace of mind throughout the day. We’re incredibly grateful that our son is very happy in this childcare centre and would highly recommend it to other families.
