Couldn’t recommend this childcare centre more! Violet attended from 11 months old right through to 5 years, and we’ve had such a wonderful experience. The team has always been so warm, welcoming and caring — they genuinely made Violet feel like family. She absolutely loved attending, which made drop-offs so easy as we never really dealt with separation anxiety because she was always excited to go. The staff were also amazing with communication and admin. They were always responsive, answered the phone, and were so helpful whenever I got stuck with the app or trying to understand all the Centrelink lingo. The kinder program has been fantastic and really helped prepare Violet for the transition to school. We’re so grateful for the care and support over the years and miss being a part of the Jumbo family. Violet even wants to visit the carers now that she’s in Prep. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! We feel incredibly lucky to have found Jumbo Early Education for our son. He has been part of Jumbo since he was 10 months old, and now he is almost 4 years old. Throughout the past two years during our son’s health journey, the team has been incredibly caring, supportive, and understanding. They always checked in on him, supported us as a family, and made Ian feel safe, loved, and included every step of the way. One of the things we love most about Jumbo is how they are always introducing new and creative learning approaches and activities for the children, making the environment so engaging and special. We also truly appreciate the daily updates and clear communication with families. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they show every child is truly something special. Now, both my husband and I feel so happy and at peace knowing our son is in such a warm and nurturing environment. We will always be grateful to the entire Jumbo team🤍🤍

My children have been attending jumbo for years and I genuinely feel like they are family and have treated my children like their own. I trust all of the staff completely. They are always there to reassure me and keep me updated on my kids throughout the day. I was always worried about a childcare inner city but it meant my kids being near me while I work but it's such a safe, exciting, caring center and my children's development has exceeded the norm for both their ages, coudldnt recommend more.

**updates** we now moved to the suburb and my son cries all the time everytime he goes to the new centre (run by affinity group) Can't believe how different it is, JUMBO centre is way too excellent to even compare. Wish I could send him there again. We miss you girls !! The staff at JUMBO are excellent 👌 They all need payrise!!! My son loves going to this child care centre. Didn't even cry much except for the orientation day. He loves Angie and Thai especially but all the other staff is also caring and friendly. I'm happy that my son is enjoying so much that he goes to sleep super fast at night! I can tell that he is learning a lot there! Thank you girls for caring my baby! Full respect 🙏 !

I couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter is receiving at Jumbo Early Learning. We have never been disappointed. They are diligent, attentive and nurturing which is rare to find!

Our little one did find some time to settle in because of different place and language but they were not supportive at all !we did not get any help from them !there was a Indian teacher neha rai who would behave so rudely with Indian parents and kids !no proper food and hygiene

Our daughter loves Jumbo! All the staff are amazing. They are professional, attentive and kind. There are lots of activities such as outing, sensory plays to helps with Our daughter’s developments. She learns a lot in Jumbo and enjoys it everyday!

My two kids are excited to go to Jumbo everyday, highly recommend. All the educators are amazing and my kids learnt a lot from them while having fun. Very happy to have found Jumbo, the whole team look after my kids very well.

We've had our son go to Jumbo for over a year and have had nothing but great experiences with them. The staff are fantastic with the kids and he's learnt so much in such a short space of time with the educators. What's most important is he always very excited to go to Jumbo and feels comfortable with everybody there. Highly recommend.
