Christine is terrible at her job. I can’t believe they hired her to run the centre.

My wife and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire Nido team, especially all the educators who have been part of our daughter Hiraya’s journey, both the previous and current educators, and particularly Niralee and Vani.<br><br>Thank you for your incredible patience, care, and understanding toward Hiraya. We have seen so many positive improvements in her, and it means so much to us as parents to see her genuinely enjoying her days at Nido, even though she currently attends only three days a week. Seeing her happy, comfortable, and excited to go to daycare is something we are truly grateful for.<br><br>We would also like to give a special thank you to Molly and Christine. You have both been incredibly proactive in communicating with us, responding to our questions, and helping us with anything we need. Your professionalism and dedication really stand out.<br><br>Christine, we especially appreciate seeing how hands-on you are every morning, even preparing food for the children and making sure everything is well taken care of. Molly, thank you for always being so patient, proactive, and diligent in helping us with documents, follow-ups, and everything in between. You are both legends!<br><br>And to every single staff member who works behind the scenes and takes care of the children every day thank you. We may not always get the chance to say it, but we truly appreciate everything you do.<br><br>Words cannot fully express how thankful we are for all the love, patience, care, and effort you have given to Hiraya. As a current family who has been part of Nido for many years, it genuinely saddens me to write this, but I feel compelled to share my experience.<br><br>The previous management team, Bella, Mel and Ella, created a warm, welcoming environment where families felt valued, informed and part of a real community. They were approachable, supportive and their leadership made the centre a wonderful place.<br><br>Unfortunately, over the past few weeks, since the new management team of Raj and Christine, the atmosphere has changed dramatically. They appear distant, unapproachable and, at times, insincere. Communication with families has significantly declined and the strong sense of community that once existed has disappeared.<br><br>The educators themselves are absolutely lovely and continue to provide wonderful care for the children. However, from my perspective, many of the staff seem noticeably more stressed and anxious than before, and there appears to be a lack of support from management. The overall atmosphere no longer feels positive or welcoming, which is upsetting to see. My concerns are directed solely at the current management and the impact their leadership has had on the centre.<br><br>And don’t even get me started on the chef situation. From what I’ve observed, the centre has been without a permanent chef for months. Only recently has there been a casual chef on site for two days a week, with educators seemingly covering the kitchen on the remaining days. As a parent, this is concerning, as it appears educators are being pulled away from their primary role of caring for and educating the children to prepare meals.<br><br>As a result, I have made the difficult decision to withdraw my child from the service. It is heartbreaking because we have been so happy here for many years, but the decline in leadership has been noticeable and, in my opinion, has affected the overall experience for families.<br><br>I am posting this anonymously because my child is still currently attending the centre. I sincerely hope these concerns are taken seriously because I would love to see the centre return to the warm, welcoming, family focused environment it once was.<br><br>I am editing this review as I have overheard Christine begging for five star reviews so other parents can post on her behalf and for her to be mentioned. It was very disappointing to hear management beg when they have been nothing but silent and not helpful at all.

We are so grateful for the wonderful management team at the daycare — Christine, Molly, Raj, April, Kat, Erin and everyone. They are all incredibly caring, supportive and professional.<br>From the very beginning, they have made us feel welcomed and reassured. Their kindness, patience and dedication to the children truly make a difference. It’s such a comfort knowing that our little one is in a safe, caring and nurturing environment.<br>Thank you, everyone for all the hard work you do every day. Your commitment and genuine care for the children does not go unnoticed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>We’ve been extremely happy with our experience at Nido Southbank. Ibrahim attends three days a week, and as a family, it’s been wonderful to see the positive changes in him since he started.<br><br>We can already see him becoming more confident and learning to socialise, interact and build relationships with other children. Seeing that development has been really rewarding for us as parents.<br><br>The educators have been fantastic — caring, attentive and genuinely invested in the children — and our experience with the management team has also been excellent from the beginning. There’s a real sense that Ibrahim is in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.<br><br>We’re very happy to have chosen Nido and look forward to seeing Ibrahim continue to learn, grow and make many more friends there over the years ahead.

My son has been attending Nido for the past few months, and we absolutely love it! The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, the menu is nutritious and well-balanced, and there is plenty of space for children to play, explore and learn.<br><br>Most importantly, the staff are wonderful—warm, caring and genuinely attentive to the children. We’ve had such a positive experience so far and feel very happy knowing our little one is in such a nurturing environment. Highly recommend Nido!

This kindergarten is very great, my son loves his educators. Everyone is very friendly and lovely. I think the managers try to do their best everyday. I talked to Ms. Christine, she supported me a lot

We’re very happy with the centre. Our child is always happy to go, and there’s a good variety of activities to keep the children learning and engaged. The educators and management team are hardworking, caring and dedicated. We really appreciate everything they do and would happily recommend the centre to other families!

My daughter has been at Nido Melbourne Square since 2022 and overall it’s been a really positive experience. I’ve seen her grow so much in confidence and independence, and have always felt she’s been well cared for.<br>There’s recently been a change in the leadership team, and I have found the new team to be friendly, approachable and genuinely committed to the children and families.<br><br>I’m happy with our experience at Nido and would definitely recommend it to other families.

I have been part of Nido since the beginning of this year, and over the last few months we have really felt welcomed and respected. It truly feels like we are part of the Nido family.<br><br>My child is always happy and excited to go there and never wants to come home at pick-up time, which says a lot about the caring environment.<br><br>The current management team, Raj, Molly, and Christein, are kind, respectful, and approachable. They always take the time to greet us, answer our questions, and make us feel supported, respected and Valued with open and transparent communication.<br><br>I am very happy with our experience. Every time I drop my child off, I have peace of mind knowing they are in safe and caring hands. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do.
