I was very nervous about leaving my young daughter in care for the first time, but the educators made the transition so much easier than I ever imagined.<br><br>They were so kind, patient, and caring, taking the time to get to know my daughter and helping her settle in at her own pace. Their regular updates and genuine care gave me complete peace of mind.<br><br>Now my daughter loves going to daycare and talks about her educators all the time. It’s clear they truly care about every child and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.<br><br>I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for caring and dedicated educators.

As a grandparent, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this centre. From the moment we started, we were made to feel like part of the family.<br><br>One of the things that stood out most was seeing the children run up and hug the managers. From the playground, you can hear children happily calling out the manager’s name, asking her to come and play with them. It is such a genuine display of the warm, trusting relationships the team has built with the children.<br><br>The management team is incredibly welcoming and communicates in such a personalised way, making every family feel valued and supported. The forefront educators truly know the children, and you can see how happy they are.<br><br>It’s also clear that the children are learning so much more than just school readiness. Manners, kindness, respect, and confidence are embedded into everyday experiences, creating a nurturing environment where children truly thrive.<br><br>I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring, professional, and welcoming place for their child.

I will be honest, I was a little worried at first (What new mum isn't? ) when your choosing a whole new Daycare for your child? I looked at many different daycares and 1000's of good and bad reviews, I checked over many area's close by to where I moved to and couldn't find one perfect for us. Just when I thought to myself I'll have to drive half an hour there and back to my old daycare I drive down Woolworths and see Scribbles and Giggles. They are only literally a 2 minute drive from my house and someone who works from home it is perfect.<br><br>The management are amazing, always kid and welcoming, they say hi to my son and I. I have never felt so welcomed. The onboarding was so easy and no stress at all. My son is taking it a day at a time but he does love it there and it shows.<br><br>Thank you Scribbles and Giggles for showing me that change isn't scary. The girls have gone above and beyond for my special boy, Roman. They have made us both feel so welcome, loved and non - judged.<br>My boy doesn't cry anymore at drop offs, he runs into the centre with the biggest smile on his face and it honestly keeps my heart at ease knowing he's happy. We've had our issues at centres previously before where I've felt my son was judged. But I'm so content with the way Scribbles & Giggles have attended to both mine and my boy's needs.<br>All I've wanted is for my Son to be accepted and they do just that and so much more. They absolutely adore him and it definitely shows! Couldn't be anymore happier.🩵

Best place to send your children! The educators are very caring and supportive, and the company spends a lot on quality resources for the children. They have a strong no-incident policy and always prioritise children’s safety and wellbeing. Being an educator myself, I can confidently say the admin team is also amazing — very humble, professional, and understanding. Highly recommend this centre to all parents! 😊

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and professional. Our child, has settled in so well, and it’s been lovely to see how happy and comfortable he is each day. Absolutely fantastic. Been attending for couple of weeks now the staff are so welcoming, and my child has thrived so amazingly. It’s always a pleasure walking in being greeted with such positivity every Wed, Thurs and Fri. My son was struggling to settle at the beginning but now he enjoys going there. They work hard and do what is best for the child. I would definitely recommend this to other parents

I can’t recommend this daycare enough! The team at scribbles and giggles leppington is absolutely amazing and genuinely cares about every child in their care. Their programs are engaging, well thought out, and truly support each child’s development. What stands out most is how they really listen—to both parents and children—and actually implement what’s needed to help each child thrive. It gives so much peace of mind knowing our voices are heard and valued. My boys absolutely love going to daycare, which says everything. Their “ready for school” program is top tier and has given my kids so much confidence. All the educators and management are incredible—we honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. We’re so grateful to have found such a supportive and caring environment! My boys absolutely love it there and love all their “teacher” ♥️

As a grandparent and the main carer of my grandson, I am always made to feel so welcomed, valued, and included. My grandson can be quite tricky at times, but the educators consistently implement thoughtful and effective strategies to support him, and I’ve seen such positive growth because of it. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about each child and their individual needs. The negative reviews you may see do not reflect the true quality, care, and dedication of this service. We are so grateful to be part of this community.

My experience with Scribbles and Giggles Childcare Centre has been very disappointing. While the centre has potential, there are ongoing concerns around consistency in care and communication with families. At times, it has felt like feedback and concerns are not taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner. Communication can be unclear, which makes it difficult to feel confident about what is happening day-to-day. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of consistency in staffing and routines, which can impact the overall environment for children. For a childcare setting, reliability and transparency are critical, and unfortunately this has not been mine and others experience. I hope the centre takes this feedback on board and makes improvements, as families rely on a safe, structured, and well-managed environment for their child.
