I had to withdraw my children due to serious concerns at this centre. There was constant staff turnover, educators distracted on phones, frequent understaffing with one person left to manage 10–12 children, and poor communication with families. Despite this, we were charged full fees. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unsafe experience.

Advanced Kindercare was the only centre where all my 3 children attended when they were babies and my youngest girl is still in the care. As a parent I am blown away with the fact that how important early education is and hats off to all the educators at the centre who always went above and beyond to care and educate my children in the most safest environment. Every day I enter the childcare it’s spotless clean and hygienic, the way the management ensures to suit every child’s needs and interests they implement experiences likewise to help develop children’s growing and learning. Thank you so much to the management and team of educators at Advanced Kindercare for your endless care and support for all these years, I definitely recommend this centre with all my heart :-)

At advanced Kindercare I was a child attending in this care from 2012 and I graduated as a preschooler, my mum was also working in this service and I am in a private high school now. Well in words I can describe that this place boosted my early years of education and today I feel proud to review my opinion. Thank you advanced kinder care and all the very supportive educators who really enhanced me at all the developmental areas of educational learning so I immensely recommend if any family needs care please seek this service for betterment of your children where they learn through interest and needs 👍

Very rude not respecting and very rude No any activity with kids

All 3 children attended this center and I'm so glad I didn't go anywhere else. The service the educators provide is outstanding. I think the high staff levels contribute to the cleanliness. Keep up the excellent work.
