We enrolled our son at Explore and Develop Leichhardt for many years, and we truly can’t put into words how grateful we are for the service we received. The commitment from all the staff, the communication, and the friendliness were outstanding. Everything was top-notch and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ve formed great relationships with all the educators. They were always honest, supportive, and helped ensure our child received exceptional care and education. Our son’s needs were always met and clearly communicated throughout the entire process. We can’t recommend Explore and Develop Leichhardt highly enough — it’s a wonderful centre and a great community to be part of.

Explore and Develop (EnD) Leichhardt has been unbelievably enriching to our daughters growth! I witness her blossoming daily with her social skills growing alongside her knowledge of the world and confidence. We came from a different and lovely daycare. She was the eldest of her tribe and sought room for her to grow into challenges matching her ability, we found that here. The educators are truly amazing and you see they care, not just for their jobs but for the children. Our daughters relationships with educators is something to be marveled at. You as a parent hear about how the educators are growing in their careers and personal life, nurtured by the EnD community as well. This for me speaks volumes of management ensuring everybody thrives. Management are on top of everything! They know when you need to reapply for things to help support, they are really accommodating and understanding of different family situations. They will sit and talk you through any issues or navigate the system as we know it can be tricky at times. They organise community events for families and staff, they're brilliant. The professional and friendly managerial team in chorus with a team of educators that are genuinely above their peers hands down have really built a thriving community for all staff and families alike. If only others could run a business like this the world would be a better place. I'm sure in their example to our kids they do!

An exceptional early learning service that truly delivers a holistic, child-centred approach to education and care. The educators demonstrate deep pedagogical knowledge and consistently go beyond expectations to support each child’s learning, wellbeing, and development. Programming is intentional, reflective, and responsive, with strong partnerships between educators and families. The environment fosters curiosity, confidence, and a genuine love of learning. The centre is led with vision, integrity, and heart by two incredible women and mothers whose leadership is deeply informed, compassionate, and inspiring. We love it there!

It’s hard to put into words just how special this place is. The learning environment is thoughtful and enriching, the teachers are genuinely caring and dedicated. Everything about the centre feels warm, welcoming, and professional. The directors and office staff are approachable, involved, and clearly invested in every child and family. There is also a real sense of connection among the families, where children are really known, supported, and celebrated. We feel incredibly grateful that our son has been part of such a caring, connected community, and we thank you much for a wonderful few years!

I have had 8 years with Explore and Develop. The educators and management are exceptional. Their genuine care and support of the children (and parents) is amazing. They put a lot of effort into to making the days interesting, to seek input on what the children like to do and eat, as well as provide support and guidance to families, and ongoing development of the team. It’s a really special place.

We had a great experience with EAD Leichhardt. The space is amazing- open and light with lots to learn and play with, and the educators are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We couldn’t recommend EAD Leichhardt more highly to young families looking for care!

An exceptional centre, with the best educators in Sydney. My daughter absolutely loved going to daycare everyday for the 3 years she attended. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

What a fantastic centre. The facilities are exceptional. We especially love the outdoor spaces and learning opportunities. The curriculum is really impressive and we just adore the teachers. Our little girl thrived here.

Our kids have gone to Explore & Develop for the last 7 years. I wouldn’t move out of the area until they finish because I don’t think I’d find another provider that I trusted as much as these guys. Fantastic service, the kids love going and I have confidence they are well cared for while they are there.
