Third time lucky but we will never change from Learning Ladders Cranbourne. The reception staff are always available where most centres dont have reception open till close. Always understanding and will find any way to accommodate our needs. The rooms have lots of fun activities to keep the children hands on and excited. The incursions that happen weekly are a good variety. We never had any of these options at other centres. Every staff member in my child's room is extremely invested in the children's learning and are a huge support. Even if the educator isn't in my child's room they know my child's name and always able to talk. We always had a battle with my child not wanting to do to daycare but not anymore, always excited to play with his friends and build bonds between our family everyone at Learning Ladders.

My daughter has been at this service for about 3 months so far. The staff are absolutely exceptional and my child is genuinely happy to come here everyday. The educators have interest in every child and know each child well. The centre manager is also very passionate about her job and it shows in the way the centre runs so smoothly. I appreciate everything you all do!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Learning Ladder, Cranbourne From day one, the staff has been warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They create a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and grow. Communication is excellent – I always feel informed about my child's day, activities, and progress. The facility is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate learning materials and play areas. Most importantly, my child is excited to go every day and comes home happy and full of stories. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my child is in such good hands. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality childcare with heart!

My son enrolled recently to this amazing centre and I can see big improvement since he joined. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. I feel assured knowing that my son is in good hands. Very inclusive and diverse centre that makes everyone feel welcome. Great Job LLC educators!
