We very recently left Busy Bees Carrum Downs due to ongoing management issues and a lack of support for the educators who genuinely care about the children. The constant staff turnover has made the centre feel unstable. I witnessed an interaction between an educator and a child that made me very uncomfortable, which reinforced my decision. Most of the educators are doing their absolute best, but they aren’t being supported by higher management. In two years, I can’t recall a single incursion or excursion that either of my children did, yet fees kept increasing while the children received less. We’ve since moved to another local centre where we pay less, they run regular incursions.

You need to be very careful of this centre - VERY DANGEROUS. My daughter went here and thank god we moved interstate. It was lovely when I was there however in the last 6 months there has been many assaults on children by teachers - including my friends son twice , and a chef assaulting the teachers son. Absolutely disgraceful the department of health will hopefully close it down. All my friends have pulled there kids out of here and I believe it’s not long before it’s closed down. Staff leave and management a mess. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU especially MANAGEMENT

Our child loved BusyBees, and was so comfortable there. The staff engage very well with the children. Great communication on app. Great new manager. Chef went above and beyond with presentation seen on app, great varried menu with lots of different crusines. Every single person there really cares for the children.

Amazing centre with really caring staff, always a pleasure talking to everyone that works there. Highly recommend sending your little ones here 😄

Worst centre ever, they are only after the money. Im glad i pulled my children out

As the below review. Do not take your child to this centre. We had police and the education department involved as one care threw my son to the ground, and another deliberately scratched his neck. The 2 previous centre managers were amazing as were a select few of the carers. Most of which are moving on. The below review is a real one as her daughter is friends with my son. We left Friday last week and have moved to a great new centre down the road. For the safety and wellbeing of you children dont put them into this centre.

My son loves it here, I love the centre, close to home the staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. The centre has a great atmosphere and facilities

Unfortunately I have to confirm what Bianca has said here to be true, after multiple incidents of children being harmed by teachers we have removed our daughter for her safety also. Although we have had some fantastic teachers at times, which we are grateful for. The frequency of different teachers harming students, we could no longer risk keeping her here. Bianca's daughter most defiantly attended the centre, if you can't find her in the system, does that mean you also are unaware that the department of education are following up with all these incidents.
