CHMCH is an exceptional centre with the warmest director and staff you could imagine. They looked after our babies with the utmost love, care and kindness & made it feel like we were leaving them with family. 100% amazing staff, facilities and management. My 2 kids have been here over a year now and they love it and have grown so much confidence, friendship and trust in the beautiful educators. After having a number of terrible experiences at other daycares, that had made their separation so much worse, we have come a long way here. We really appreciate the consistency in staff, the Montessori practices, the empathy, care and advice. From Shanaz in management, to Sarah in admin and to all of the amazing educators who make daycare even an option for our family, thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The management do not support co parenting, and disregard court orders. I am the father and share 50/50 parental responsibility, however the management refuse to provide me documentation relating to my son. Was told by management 'we only care for the children and don't take sides', yet I am excluded from correspondence and documents. As a father you are made to feel like a second class citizen, despite always being courteous and respectful. My son will be enrolled at another centre next year that I feel are more supportive of co parenting.

This childcare is a great example of lack of accountability and lack of communication. They have offered and confirmed us four booking days for our little boy through written email, and yet, suddenly they are totally saying they haven't confirmed about four days. They are happy to offer one day! What a disgraceful lie said by the Admin and Director of this centre! This kind of behaviour is not acceptable, and I am not sure how safe my currently enrolled daughter will be in this centre after this incident. That's why, I decided to cancel enrollment of my daughter currently enrolled in this centre.

Chapel Hill Montessori Children’s House has been an excellent environment for our children. The staff is incredibly caring and dedicated to the Montessori philosophy, creating a nurturing and supportive space for the kids to grow and learn.

Both my boys have attended CHMCH and we have had a wonderful experience there. The children are always so happy, engaged and very well looked after. Highly recommend this centre!

The childcare has improved significantly in recent years. My daughter has the same educators throughout the year, and they keep me well-informed about everything. The new manager and the administrative lady are amazing—very helpful and approachable and so are the educators. Plus, they now provide meals. What's not to love?
