We’ve had such a positive experience with Bathurst ELC. My daughter has been attending for just over a year and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The educators are genuinely caring, attentive and great at communicating with us. It’s reassuring knowing she is happy, safe and well looked after while she’s there. I would highly recommend Bathurst ELC to any family looking for a caring and welcoming centre 😊

A genuine long term experience We have been part of the Bathurst ELC family for the past 7 years, with my son starting there as a baby. Now my 3-year old daughter is attends the centre too, so we have had a long and genuinely positive experience with the centre and its educators. My daughter absolutely loves going to daycare and has built beautiful relationships with so many of the educators, particularly Skye, Danah and Sawyer. She has experienced all of the rooms throughout her time there and has had a wonderful experience in each one, making special friendships along the way. The educators I have encounter are caring, approachable and always willing to help. I’ve always felt comfortable approaching staff with questions or concerns, and I appreciate the genuine care they show the children. I also think Bathurst ELC deserves recognition for the ways they support families beyond just the day to day care. They have offered things like occasional date nights for parents, breakfast on the go, dinners and even pantry staples for families who may be running low or struggling to afford an item. These things might seem small, but they can make a huge difference to families and show that the centre genuinely cares about supporting its wider community. I can only speak from our own experience, but after 7 years as part of the Bathurst ELC family, I can honestly say that we have had a really positive experience. Most importantly, both of my children have been cared for, supported and made to feel part of the centre. My daughter is happy, feels safe, has strong relationships with her educators and genuinely enjoys going each day and as a parent, that means everything. We love the team at Bathurst ELC! They're a wonderful, skilled and diverse bunch and I've had nothing but positive experiences. Any feedback I've had has been promptly actioned and I couldn't be happier with the possum place educators and how much love and care they show my daughter. Don't let some crap reviews from disgruntled parents of naughty kids scare you - we've had really good experiences with this centre. I appreciate the level of communication and feel like I could confidently bring up any issues with my daughter's teachers or management. Great little centre.<br><br>And whatever they're cooking must be good because my notoriously picky toddler gobbles it up every time!

Deffantly don't have the kids best interests at hearts , not willing to work with families at all , very bad communication skills , only take interest in some kids not all. Very disappointing. Its also come to my attention that one of the workers children have been that violent towards students teachers and property at the school and has not been kicked out , so that deffantly indicates they pick and choose what kids should stay and go. Considering the staffs members child has done more dangerous stuff then my children my 2 year old that has a mine set of a 1 year old has been kicked out for bitting 2 children. He is still a baby. Would not recommend sending kids to this preschool unless u want them kicked out with no warning no help just straight out called one day and said there day care is being terminated. One of the head lady's (lanors) children has violently hurt adults and children but is yet to be kicked out. Ill defiantly be taking this to the department of education!

After longtime support for this centre and nothing but good things to say, all I can say is that complete and utter disappointment doesn't even come close to describing my feelings towards this place.

Bathurst ELC staff are caring and nurturing with the children in their care. The interest based activities keeps the kids engaged to learn about their environment and themselves. I highly recommend the.

Emily and the team have looked after all 3 of our boys. Clean tidy and inviting centre, lovely caring staff, delicious meals, wonderful communication, lots of updates and pictures from our child's day. Loads of support and involvement with parents ❤️ Thank you for looking after our boys
