Absolutely loved our experience with South Coogee family daycare! Luda and her team were instrumental in our son’s growth and development in his early years. Under her warm care and home-like environment we really saw him flourish. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Sth Coogee family care for both our girls before they transitioned to the learning centre at 2.5yrs. They always came home happy, rarely got sick and slept well there. Luda takes special care to plan events around Christmas, Easter and other holidays. Everything is provided and the drop off is easy. Lots of outdoor space. We were very happy there for the start of our daycare journey.

Luda, Irina and Ali make it a perfect team to provide quality care for the kids. They have a lot of activities to offer. Hygiene and safety is their priority too. My daughter has been well looked after since she started at 10 months. This day care is a not too small so that they still have lots of activities to do: music, sport classes, sensory playing, obstacles challenges, etc, not too big so that each of the kids is loved, understood and cared. My daughter always sleeps well and eats well there, which is sometimes hard for me to do at home. Her sickness is also kept at minimum since she started. I’m very grateful that I found South Coogee Family Day Care for my daughter, highly recommend this to any parents who are looking for nurturing environment for their kids. Such a lovely warm family day care with caring educators and wonderful activities for kids of all ages! Luda and her team go out of their way to plan programs that keep the kids engaged, playing and learning including music and sport lessons and outings in the local area. Have sent both my daughter and my son here and they have both loved it! I highly recommend this lovely little day care!

I was very fortunate to have a very close friend recommend to me to seek out Family Day Care when I was first looking for childcare for my daughter when she was 6 months old. As a single mother with a young baby, I felt incredibly blessed to have been offered a spot with Irina's Family Daycare. Knowing that my daughter was being cared for by a qualified, kind and reliable person in a home environment (with other lovely children) put my mind at ease so I could get on with my return to work. Irina has been a very special person in my daughter’s life...caring for her since she was 7 months old right up until she started school this year. During those years of family daycare, apart from providing outstanding care for my daughter, Irina has been amazingly and consistently reliable. She never cancelled a day of care at the last minute. She provided plenty of notice for any time she planned to take off during the year (which was minimal) and provided alternative care arrangements for us during those times. She has been an amazing support; for my daughter and for me. From the very beginning my daughter was happy in Irina’s care. Morning drop offs were always easy because she was happy to arrive at Irina’s each morning. And being greeted by Irina’s smiling welcoming face at morning drop off or evening pick up has always been a lovely start and end to my own working day – thank you Irina. My daughter started school this year without fuss or drama; and has continued to thrive at school thanks to the learning environment she experienced during her four and a half years at Irina’s Family Daycare. I do believe my decision to go with Family Day Care, and having Irina as our educator, has been the best and most important decision I have made as a parent. Irina has provided my daughter with a loving, safe, and nurturing environment to learn, play, and grow from her toddler years all the way to school. Irina has and always will have a special place in our hearts because of this.

Irina has cared for and educated both of my children for the past 6 years. My eldest has recently left to start school and I cannot express enough gratitude for what Irina has done for my children and our family. Irina was like a second-mum to the kids. She is perfect and the kids loved her. I didn’t have to push them to get them out of the car when I drop them off, in fact I had to push them to get back into the car when it was time to leave! I am a strong advocate of the Family Day Care model, and after using both centre and home-based care, I am even more emphatic in the belief that Family Day Care provides a more personalised standard of care that you can’t get in conventional childcare centres. It’s such a close-knit environment; I thought it was better for my kids’ personalities. And, because of the smaller numbers it’s definitely a tighter learning environment, they got much more personal attention. Irina provides a personal home-away-from-home environment which nurtures and supports a child’s development and prepares them for the challenges of school life. In my opinion, you will be very hard pressed to find an educator with as much experience and knowledge as Irina. Thank you so much Irina! Words cannot describe how much we will miss you!!!

Our daughter has been attending Irina's care since she was 8 months old. She has left this year to start school. Irina has become a part of our family and like a second mother to our daughter. I can not express our gratitude for the work that she has done. We feel blessed to have Irina in our lives. The transition to school has been very smooth and we credit Irina for the provision of educational resources to cope with this. Like the previous review, its impossible not to sing praises for Irina's hard work. Her care provides not only nurturing, loving, caring, safe environment but also exceptional developmental education. Our son has recently left to start school and it is an end of an era for our family. Irina has been looking after us for the last 5 years and has provided a wonderful, safe, loving and caring environment for our children and we feel truly blessed to have had her in our lives. When choosing day care for our first child over 5 years ago, we made a very deliberate decision to send her to Family Day Care believing that the nurturing environment would help her (and subsequently our son) to become loving, resilient and happy little people. And to Irina's credit it has. Unfortunately Family Day Care is an undervalued resource in our community and educators such as Irina go unnoticed. But we would like to sing Irina's praises from the roof tops! Words can not express what an impact she has had on our children and indeed on the whole family. She has been supportive and engaged in their development, has been ever patient with our quirky little and has loved them both to bits. We will miss her greatly and would love to thank Irina from the bottom of our hearts for five wonderful years.
