My grandson is extremely fortunate to be cared for daily by the amazing Montana, her caring nature and genuine concern for the welfare of all the children in her care is obvious on the occasions that I have picked my grandson up
Storypark updates provide grand parents like us that live a long distance away a wonderful chance to see the amazing activities done and the growth in his abilities and confidence, such a wonderful thing.
The admiration and trust Oakley has in Montana is wonderful to see, the improvement in his confidence and social skills with Montanas guidance is very comforting to his family.
We are blessed to know Oakley is in such wonderful care under Montana.

My child has had Montana as an educator at Guardian Springfield Lakes for the past two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support she’s provided. She genuinely cares about the children and takes the time to build meaningful relationships with both them and their families.

Montana consistently provides excellent daily updates and communicates any concerns professionally and promptly. Her dedication, kindness, and genuine passion for her role make a real difference. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Montana as part of our child’s early learning journey.

My daughter has only been attending for a short while but during her journey all staff in the toddler room have made sure to keep me informed along the way. I’ve never been made to feel bad for calling up and checking in on how things are going, the team always provide me a run down of how the day is going/how much sleep or food my daughter has had and overall how she’s going when it comes to settling in. I would really like to shout out all the staff in the junior toddlers room, Mel, Jamie, Maiko and Rumi have all made this transition into childcare as stress free as possible. As a parent it is hard to not be the one caring for your child, but what eases that is knowing your child is in good hands with lovely staff who work tirelessly to keep those little ones happy and entertained all hours of the day. Thank you again to all the staff at Guardian Springfield Lakes!

We are deeply disappointed by the way we were treated by Jemma Cureton, the Centre Manager during a recent discussion regarding our account. The conversation was approached with unnecessary aggression, arrogance, and a complete lack of empathy. As parents already under stress, we expected professionalism and respectful communication, not to feel pressured and humiliated. What shocked us the most was being told that we were “rude” for speaking Italian to each other while discussing our family matters. Italian is our native language, and speaking privately between husband and wife should never be considered disrespectful. At no point were we excluding anyone, we were simply trying to understand the situation together. No family should feel judged or attacked for speaking their own language. The interaction left me extremely upset and in tears, and following this experience we decided to withdraw our children from the centre permanently. We hope management reflects seriously on the importance of compassion, professionalism, and cultural respect when dealing with families.

Highly recommended this centre, I have transferred my children from another to Springfield Lake, I was worried they may need to take few weeks to get used to it, and I can’t believe that it only one week, my pre-kindy boy waved bye to me without any tears, good team and friendly educators.
