The staff are very friendly and happy. They will always notify when something is wrong with your child and they give updates on everything new that happens in the classes. Over all I love it and my son has learnt a lot since he started going. He talks so well now and is so polite 😁

I sent 2 of my 3 kids here. When I was 5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd girl, I asked the girls (I think it was Chantelle the manager at the time) at the front desk to put her on the waitlist to start care when she was 9 months old. At 6 months old, I contacted mindchamp at Shellharbour and check the status of her starting there and they gave me the date, 30th January 2021 so I organised to go back to work then. By the start of January I hadn’t received any paperwork or heard anything so I called them up at the shellharbour site and they didn’t know anything about enrolments and sent me on a wild goose chase, contacting a heap of different people at in the office. There was no record of her being enrolled and no spots for her to start. They put me on a waitlist and I wrote a letter explaining all this and demanding some transparency and answer, it’s almost a year later and I have not heard back. They were completely unapologetic even though they were at fault. I had to delay going back to work as it was too late to get into any other daycares for a while. When my other kid went here for 2 years in 2017, it started off great when it was under the name “the grove academy” but then it became mindchamps and the staff turnover was ridiculous!! He also got a chipped tooth which no one knows how it happened. I cannot recommend this place at all.
