My daughter has been attending early learners hub since she was just 1 year old, and I honestly couldn't be more grateful for the love, care, and support she has received over the years. From the very beginning, the staff have shown such genuine warmth and dedication—not just watching over the children, but truly nurturing them as individuals. It's clear that the team goes above and beyond to create a safe, engaging, and loving environment. They've played a huge role in my daughter’s development—helping her grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. Every day she's excited to go in, and that says everything. I have 2 children at this centre and my partner and I cannot be more happier with the progress they have made. The teachers are great and have been very helpful with my eldest who has struggled with learning difficulties. The kids are well taken care of with healthy meals and great activities to participate in such as gardening, dress ups, lots of arts and crafts and are occasionally visited by animals such as a working dog, baby chicken hatchling and just recently a pet lizard. As a whole the kids are very happy here and our family has grown so much in the time they have been here. Thankyou for the great service you provide and our family definitely recommends Early Learners Hub, Blackbutt.

My two daughters continue to go here for 4 plus years and I love the small family vibe of the centre. We’ve made good friends with other parents and children are very supported and have a freedom of choice that I feel bigger centres don’t have. Education aspect of it is great but I love mostly the care, attention and respect the children get. Highly recommend.

The educators go above and beyond to nurture the children here. The dedication to their job is next to none. Our families experience is the best and I have tried many daycare centres in the Illawarra. Definitely worth getting on the waitlist for this centre ❤️

My daughter has been going to this center for a year. has helped her alot with her confidence, the staff are always so welcoming and caring towards each child. Always clean. Nice sheltered yard. Highly reccomend.

I have two children that attend this service and have done so for over 2 1/2 years. Not long after my second child began attending i was in need of more hours/days for them in care as my work commitments had changed. Echidna at the time were at capacity so i sought after 2 extra days at another nearby centre. The children attended both centre's for a number of weeks and i noticed a significant change in them. The days they were at the new centre they were upset and my eldest was withdrawn. (I do understand that it takes a while for a new routine to be established and comfortable) Echidna after finding this out then made a huge effort to take on my girls on the extra days i needed. They have helped me out on a number of occasions. The stand out for me is when a staff member went above and beyond for me. My family was going through an extremely tough time and this particular staff member being very observant and attentive did some research and was able to find and offer a solution to help. We made it through and i can honestly say without her help things would have been very different and my children's needs would not have been able to be met as they normally are, and for this i am forever grateful. All the staff are friendly and approachable (although i do have my favorites :-) ) They are always implementing ideas that we have and apply practices and behaviours that are important to us in how we raise our children at home. My children are happy and confident and i feel at ease that my children are being cared for in an efficient manner. Educational, physical, emotional, behavioral and social.
