Unfortunately, our experience with this childcare centre has been disappointing.<br><br>The centre only opened earlier this year, and my child started a few months after opening. From my experience, there have been approximately three or four different centre managers, within that timeframe, alongside a concerning amount of staff turnover.<br><br>When my child first started, there was some consistency within her room. However, after moving up to the next room, she experienced multiple lead educators coming and going within just a few months. There have also been numerous new staff members who have started without being introduced to parents.<br><br>The constant changes in educators and management have been difficult to navigate as a parent. Communication regarding staff departures is often delayed, with very little information. From a parent’s perspective, the overall experience has been one of ongoing inconsistency, and unfortunately, you begin to feel that inconsistency extends to your child’s experience as well.<br><br>My most significant concern, however, was an incident involving the collection of my child. The current centre manager allowed a family member to collect my child without requesting identification. What made this particularly concerning was that the family member themselves questioned this at the time, yet identification was still not requested. I consider this a serious concern regarding the centre’s collection procedures and the importance of appropriate safeguarding measures.<br><br>I have since spoken with the head of operations about these concerns, who was lovely to deal with. I appreciate that a newly established centre will experience growing pains and that some staff turnover is understandable. However, there is a difference between the normal challenges of opening a new centre and the ongoing level of inconsistency and communication issues we experienced.

My daughter started at Bask, this week, which was also their very first week open, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the centre. The educators and management team have been so welcoming, caring, and from day one. My daughter has come home every afternoon so happy, and even her drop-offs have been great which says so much about the safe and nurturing environment they’ve created. It’s clear how much effort and heart the team puts into what they do, and I’m so grateful to be part of such a wonderful centre for my child.

We have been to a fair few stay and plays here and I wouldnt be able to recommend this childcare enough. The staff are all so amazing I've never seen my kids warm up to educators as much as they have here to everyone including admin & educators that aren't in my kids rooms. Every single one of them have made me and my children feel comfortable myself and my partner cant wait for the boys to start childcare and kind here
