I’m Amie, the Centre Manager of Eden Academy Beaconsfield! With 10 years of experience in the childcare industry, I am passionate about helping children explore and discover, I support their creativity and imagination, guiding them to become their unique selves.
I take pride in building strong connections with families, ensuring our centre feels like a home away from home. I advocate for children to grow and challenge themselves each day and support our educators in their professional growth.

Rigorous Recruitment & Screening - All Eden team members undergo thorough checks — including Working With Children, ID, work history, references, right to work, background, and child protection training — to ensure the highest safety standards.
Ongoing Staff Training - Our educators and leaders regularly complete professional development in child protection, identifying signs of harm, mandatory reporting, and creating safe spaces.
Clear Policies & Procedures - We have strong systems in place for reporting and responding to concerns, guided by our Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and Risk Management and Incident Reporting processes.

It’s true what they say - Organisations that take the time to first focus on creating a positive culture and outstanding work environment attract and retain the best staff. This focus has resulted in this centre having a truly amazing team that are passionate, knowledgeable, supportive and caring - Led by superstars Amie and Shay. Right from our initial enquiry handled by Alicia, we knew we were making the right choice for our child. The centre has a beautiful homely feel and is extremely well equipped. Chef Kim puts together some absolutely delicious meals for the children to devour, it makes me envious! I love the takeaway treats she makes for parents. Helen, Dee and Bella have truly helped to ease the stress and anxiety of transitioning our child into childcare for the first time. We know he is so very lucky to be in such a fun, nurturing and engaging environment. From the moment you arrive, you will see how our nurturing environments, passionate educators, and strong sense of community come together to create a place where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
Can’t make it during the day? We will also be hosting Twilight Tours on Wednesday 18th February from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. These relaxed after work tours are perfect for families who would love to visit in the early evening and experience Eden at the end of a joyful learning day.
