Our high-quality, play based preschool curriculum is delivered by Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our teachers tailor their programs to ensure all children develop the confidence and social and emotional skills needed for a smooth transition to school. Through play, our Early Childhood Teachers facilitate children’s learning of important language, literacy, numeracy and creative skills.

Goodstart Early Learning uses the StoryPark app to connect with parents throughout the day. The educators upload photos and stories to the secure app, which parents can access anytime and anywhere to track their child’s progress.
The approach at the centre is very much based around partnership between families and educators. The educators work with the parents and carers to build strong relationships. They develop trust so the children can feel safe and secure while at the centre. Parents are also encouraged to share their insights and feedback with educators to add depth to the relationship.
The educators observe the children every day and tailor the program around their observations. They share these with parents, so they can feel connected to their child’s progress and also provide feedback that will further enhance their child’s learning experience.

My son started at Mt Pleasant in the Senior toddler room. The staff did everything they could to settle him in even calling us daily so we knew he had settled in. By the time he had to leave to the pre kindy room he had developed such strong relationships with the educators in that room that we were so worried about him moving rooms. But the staff know how to handle transitions amd my sons transition went without any issues, now he is in kindy after another smooth transition. They have helped my son to socialise with his peers and form relationships with all of the educators there and he is now so confident. Every issue that we have been worried about has never been too hard for the centre to help my son with. We are currently awaiting a diagnosis (for autism)for my son so communicating and socialising have been especially challenging but the staff are so understanding of my sons individual needs and have done absolutely everything they can do to help my son. I am in awe of all of the staff there . They have made us feel included in every step of my sons learning journey. Every day i am so grateful that my son was given a spot at this centre.

We were so happy to be accepted into this daycare. My two boys love going everyday! The educators are amazing with their educational set up stations, the kids are always kept busy. Kindy programme was amazing also. Communication from day one was essential for us as a family one story park update a day and other communications via story park email or phone when needed. Staff turnover is low. It’s just a lovely daycare 🙂

We have been at this center since 2020. My son started there at 15months and graduated the Kindy Program there. My daughter is currently in the Kindy program there, and we are so very sad to be leaving at the end of this year. The teachers are incredible, they treat the children like their own and if there are any issues they are raised respectfully and in a timely manner. There is hardly any turnover in teachers, which is a big thing to me! It means they are happy in their place of work. If there is teachers leaving it is because they are moving centers to move into a higher role or furthering their career. If we have ever had any issues or concerns regarding our children, they have helped guide us and assist us plus work alongside us if we are implementing certain things at home, they do it at the center also, to keep things the same as much as possible as to home. We are so grateful for this center and everything they have done for our family over the years, I will continue to recommend this center to everyone, I promise you will not regret it!!!!
