I want to leave this review because I genuinely feel I owe the team at Inspire Doncaster an apology and recognition. To be honest, I was bored and had nothing to do one day. I noticed that Inspire Doncaster seemed to be doing very well and getting a lot of attention, and for some reason I made the stupid decision to prank them and send inquiries that were not genuine. Despite this, the team responded in an extremely professional and patient manner. They continued replying to my emails, answering questions, and assisting me politely, even when it probably became clear that I might not have been a real customer. At that point I genuinely felt ashamed and realized why their business is doing so well. Their professionalism, patience, and attitude towards people are truly impressive. What stood out to me the most is that they never ignored me, never accused me, and never treated me badly even though my behaviour may have been annoying or malicious. They handled everything with respect and professionalism. Because of this experience, I sincerely recommend that parents consider Inspire Doncaster if they are looking for a childcare centre. If this is how they treat someone who wasn’t even a real customer, I can only imagine how well they treat the families and children who actually attend. My husband and I did a tour here last year and went on the waiting list for our child to begin this March. This cost $50. We were told that we had a confirmed place this March at the time. We never heard from Inspire again for an introduction or stay and play to get our child ready. We reached out to ask for a refund as we decided to go elsewhere due to their lack of communication and were told it was non refundable.

Super clean facility and warm water to wash hands. Fresh fruit in the morning. And thanks to teachers in the lily room, incredible warm hearted teacher, So lucky to meet u. Just as I wished. Kid loves the place.

My child has been attending Inspire in Doncaster since January, and I really recommend this centre. The teachers are very kind and professional. They helped my child settle in very quickly. Every day she comes home with a big smile and tells me many happy stories about what she learned and played. The management team is also very good. They are friendly, supportive, and always happy to answer my questions or give advice. I feel very easy knowing my child is well cared for. If you are looking for high quality Montessori education in Doncaster, this is the best place to choose.

Inspire Doncaster is a wonderful childcare centre. My children absolutely loved attending and were always happy and excited to go each day. The staff are caring, professional, and truly dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment. I felt very confident leaving my children in their care and highly recommend Inspire Doncaster to other families.

I attended a centre tour at Inspire Doncaster on 3 February and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The tour was conducted by Natalie at reception, who came across as rude and impatient from the start. When I asked questions (as any parent reasonably would), she rolled her eyes and appeared irritated, making the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The tour itself felt rushed, and there was little effort to explain the centre in detail. Several of the childcare rooms appeared messy, and I noticed a dirty rug, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, during the visit, the educators seemed unable to effectively manage or control the children, which was concerning from a safety and care perspective. Overall, the environment did not feel professional, well-managed, or parent-friendly. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident enrolling my child here.

With the support of Inspire Doncaster, my two-year-old daughter in the Waratah Room settled in really well within just one month, which meant so much to our family. The level of care and teamwork at the centre has been amazing. All of the educators are kind, patient and genuinely caring, and their warmth and understanding made a big difference in helping my daughter settle in so quickly. We are also very grateful to everyone who supported her when she was having a hard time, even if not mentioned by name. She now looks forward to going every day and is clearly happy and comfortable there. We’re truly grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this centre to other families.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Inspire Doncaster as a parent. The educators and management are incredibly supportive and attentive to my little one, which makes me feel safe and comfortable every day. From day one, the welcoming vibe and the genuine effort to create a strong sense of belonging really stood out. The food is always nutritious and thoughtfully prepared, and the childcare programs are fantastic, offering a well-rounded and enriching experience for the children. We recently attended the graduation Christmas party, and it was honestly the best one we’ve ever been to. The graduation ceremony itself was a fantastic experience, and the charity auction featuring artwork made by the children was such a beautiful and meaningful touch, it was amazing to see their creativity used to raise money for a good cause. You can truly feel how much care, love, and dedication the team puts into everything they do. Highly recommended to new moms and families!
