The educators are so caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can feel the warmth and positivity as soon as you walk in — it’s such a nurturing environment where children are truly encouraged to learn, explore, and grow every day. The communication with families is fantastic, and the programs are thoughtfully planned. I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly — it’s a beautiful place for little ones to thrive! 🌿💛

KHEL has been a fantastic daycare centre for our little one. The nursery team especially has been amazing - their dedication and kindness has helped grow our bub’s confidence and independence.

We are new to the area and visited several places before deciding hands down that this Center was by far the place we felt welcome and comfortable. At first we were keen on the animals and lovely setting but we are equally impressed by the quality of care and affordable price!

The Center is such a friendly, immaculate venue with very supportive staff and exciting play areas. I cannot believe each room has animals - wow - and I’m impressed that children can be children and play in dirt, sand and water and do bush kindy. Love love love this place!

I would recommend the centre particularly to the younger age child as the care and attention is impeccable. It's a small community showing big heart with warmth and support.

Our son was with this centre for a year. For the first 6 months things were great and we were so comfortable with him being there. In the last 6 months of his time there, things started to spiral, staff were leaving, and staff were “moved on” according to emails we had received. In the space for 3-4 months the centre went through 3 Centre Managers. Rules started changing without any notification and when questioned the response was “well we shouldn’t have been doing that” yet as a parent we had to just ride the wave of changes. There was no empathy from management or the owners during this transitional time. Some days we’d walk into and have no idea who was at reception and on occasion unsure of who the new teachers were which made drop off hard as our child didn’t know these new teachers but we were just expected to leave him there. New teachers would start but we weren’t introduced until 3-4 weeks after they had started and then a few weeks later they’d be gone. This took a very big toll on our family as going to daycare seemed like a daunting task and the comfort and trust we once had went out the door. We finally decided to remove our son from the centre, he left 4 weeks ago, and to date have still not received our bond back. It baffles me that we are expected to pay a bond the day we commit to our service with KHEL yet it takes them 4+ weeks to return our money which may I say is outside of the document they had me sign saying it would take up to 4 weeks to return. KHEL is a money hungry facility, and it is clear they don’t look after their staff or care about their families. A huge lack of communication and I wouldn’t recommend the centre to any of my friends or family. We just want our money back so we can move on and not have this tiring experience lingering around any longer. The 3 stars are for the amazing front line educators, we appreciate them very much! As for management, not so much!! As below, they’ve asked me to contact them, they still haven’t responded to the email I sent them before this review was posted!!
