My son has been attending Care for Kids Banksia Grove since September last year, and his development has truly thrived during his time there. The educators are incredibly understanding and always take the time to call with any concerns or updates about my son, which reassures me and helps me feel involved and informed. Before enrolling, I had looked at a few centres in the area, but from the moment I stepped foot into Care for Kids and was warmly greeted by Clare, I felt that this was the right centre for my son. That first impression has stayed with me, and I continue to feel confident in the care he receives. From the very beginning in the nursery room, both my son and I were made to feel welcomed and supported. Maria and Duyen are especially wonderful and greets us warmly each day, and it’s clear how knowledgeable and caring they both are.My son is very comfortable around both ladies and always seems happy in thier care. I feel the interaction with either ladies at every pick up tells me they take time and effort to get to know each and every child that is in the nursery which is comforting to know. Jasmine, the centre manager, is fantastic at her role. She is approachable, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I have. It’s truly a pleasure dealing with the centre as a whole. communication is excellent, and the environment feels calm, supportive, and child-focused. All the educators are warm, caring and attentive which is so lovely to see that most of the children are consistently happy and calm when arriving and leaving the centre which says a lot about the atmosphere and the quality of care being provided. My son is now transitioning to the next room as he is developmentally ready. While I’ve felt naturally anxious about the change, the educators have made the process feel so reassuring. They’ve respected my wishes to go at a slower pace and have supported both my son and me every step of the way. I’m very grateful to have found such a nurturing and responsive daycare for my child. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been at care for kids for a little over 2 years and I can not fault them. They are just amazing and treat my daughter like there own. The staff are just beautiful inside and out and I am beyond thankful for them.

From the moment we did our orientation I have felt at ease with this daycare facility. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. The menu organised by the chef is amazing and even inclusive with the kids often participating with special organised cooking sessions. The educators are always very involved and ensure my girl feels safe, valued and learns at a pace fit for her. The admin staff and management are above and beyond. No words can actually describe how impressed I am with this centre. So thankful my daughter is able to spend her early years here safe and cared for.

My son has attended care for kids Banksia Grove since he was 4 months old, he graduated this year as he started his school journey. Through his time there, I can honestly say that his time there has shaped him into who he is today, his transition to kindy was so easy, as the girls did everything they could to prepare him for it. I would highly recommend Care for kids to anyone who is requiring care for their little one.

My daughter has been attending Care for Kids Banksia Grove for a year now. We were recommended this service by friends, and we could not be more grateful for the care our daughter has received. All of the staff have built strong relationships with us all, even ones that have not worked in my daughter’s room. Transitioning rooms was made smooth and comfortable for my daughter, but also for us as her parents. We really appreciate the genuine care and connection the staff have for the children, and can’t wait to see her journey at Banksia Grove continue.

We’ve had a great experience at Care For Kids Banksia Grove over the last nearly 6 years. The staff have beenfriendly, attentive, and truly cared about our 3 children as if they were their own. The centre is clean and well-equipped with engaging toys and activities and experiences both within and out of the service helped my children learn and grow learning so many skills. I always appreciated the regular updates and how easy it is to communicate with the team. It’s clear they focus on both educational and emotional development. Overall, I highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a safe and supportive place for their child.

Over last few years Care for Kids Banksia Grove has become an extended family to my two kids who both started daycare around 6months old. I have watched my sensitive and socially anxious daughter really come out her shell and become a confident happy toddler and social butterfly. And my son who was born with significant hearing loss, is thriving and shining in all areas of development. This is a testament to the level of attention, health & well being, safety and most importantly the care they have been receiving. As a family we have a very small support network and are so grateful to have found this daycare to know and trust our kids are well taken care of. We really feel the genuine love and bond some of the educators have for our kids. The educators are always so friendly, helpful and supportive. I don’t believe there is any daycare out there that operates perfectly. Let’s be real, the environment is high stress, the workload huge, combined with the overstimulation from kids, centre illnesses/sickness and difficult parents, it’s a hard role to fill and the care will never be what a parent would be able to provide (one on one). What I have always respected and appreciated with Care for Kids Banksia Grove is that anytime I have raised any concerns or have felt uncomfortable, they have always listened and taken any feedback in stride. While there may be some areas for improvement, I respect the challenging work they do everyday to help raise our kids (and the kids in the community) and feel they do amazing jobs. I have recommended the service to many friends and family members who also now attend and will continue to recommend.

After a terrible experience with our daughters first daycare, care for kids was an absolute breathe of fresh air. The love and Care my child receives is amazing. Many times I've had to drag her out the door to go home because she has so much fun. I never have to worry about if she's safe or if she's okay. All the girls are absolute lovely
