My son received a contusion to his forehead and a concussion in Dec 24, while under the care of this daycare. I was not notified and was told they were unaware of any injury. Blamed my son’s delayed speech as a possible reason they didn’t know what happened. The manager also blamed it on dehydration and denied any head trauma. Despite me attending the emergency department and being told it was a concussion and nothing to do with dehydration. I removed my son straight away from this service and contacted ECRU. I would not recommend this centre and advise to stay away.

Our girls have been attending since 2022. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff here. My 3 year old has made huge strides in her social and emotional learning. She especially Adores the Kindy room educators. My youngest can be cheeky and assertive, which the educators have embraced. I know our girls have been so loved and supported at this centre. Management is organised and approachable. The centre is clean and engaging. I appreciate the set up of new activities each week and how they embrace many cultural celebrations. I highly recommend enrolling your child here.

The ladies at Busy Bees Banksia Grove have been amazing with my son, Cody. He was, and still is, very attached to me, but the girls have really helped make Cody feel safe, happy, loved and he has the best time when he's there. They have helped him grow through lots of different ways of play and after a slow start, he has now come out of his shell and I'm pretty sure all of his educators are quite entertained by Cody's quirky personality and his funny faces. Talking their ears off and helping them with tasks when the other kids are resting. . The facility has amazing outdoor play areas. There is a different activity set up in the room everyday, and from painting, to learning numbers, from the alphabet to dancing and being silly. Mothers day, fathers day, Easter and Christmas all are celebrated and us as parents also are made to feel special from the ladies. Parents receive regular communication, photos, story's of the days activity's, and child progress updates so you are always up to date with what your child has been doing. The cook is amazing and ensures your child's nutrition needs are met, with yummy treats often left in the entry lobby for you to take home. I, 100% would recommend Busy Bees, Banksia Grove. You will love it but your kids will love it more. 😍

I am grateful for the kind service that busybees has given my daughter. They have given her life skills to be independent and learn how to play with her friends. Mostly I enjoy the friendly environment of staff and wonderful cook. Bonus it's a walking distance.

Our family feels well supported by this centre. From the very first viewing of the facilities it felt like the right fit. Our little one loves going to school and is always talking about her educators and all the friends she has made. The food provided is nutritious and varied, there are always lots of activities happening, all the educators know your child’s name and care is always placed to ensure your child’s individuals needs and goals are met. Consistent and friendly staff across all areas from the kitchen thru to centre management.

My son has been attending this daycare for the past year and has loved every bit of it.The staff are amazing and always greet you with a smile.The various group plays and activities that my son takes part in has enabled him to be confident and alert.Would highly recommend.Once again thank you to each and every educator involved in making my son's journey so smooth at busy Bees Banksia Grove.

My kids and I love attending Busy Bees. My older one still feels welcome here when dropping off and picking up the younger sibling. Staff and educators are really nice, you can see they are really concerned about each kid who comes in. They were very helpful not only with writing, counting, fine motor activities, but also with toilet training. The food they provide caters to kids with allergies, and dietary requirements, and are healthy and yummy. And the kids? Well, they know each other's parents. At pick-up, you'll hear another kid calling your child to let him/her know you've arrived; while another kid picks up the water bottle and hand it to either the child or the parent.
