We were so nervous sending our child to childcare. But we quickly felt comfortable with the centre and educators, and knew this was the right fit. Watching how he loves to interact with the other children and talk with the educators makes me so happy. Knowing when he gets picked up he instantly talks about his day and who he saw. It is wonderful receiving updates and photos during the day through their app because you can see the genuine happiness and excitement on their faces.

What a delight it has been sending both of my children here. I truly believe it’s the staff that make a place exceptional and after moving my children from two other centres, I only wish I had done it sooner. My children are always excited to go each day and I’ve seen such a positive change in their confidence and happiness. The communication from the team is fantastic and I always feel at ease knowing my kids are in good hands. I couldn’t be more grateful to Susie, Poona (ive probably spelt it wrong) and the team for the wonderful work they do. You guys are the best and dont ever forget that! 💗

We moved our child from another centre we were unhappy with to Goodstart Arcadia Street and could not be happier. Our child is currently in 3 year old kinder and is thriving, actually learning, wanting to attend and is excited to play, learn and explore with their friends. They settled in very quickly which put us at ease. The staff are caring and you can really see they care for the children wholeheartedly.

We couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive to each child’s needs. It’s clear that they are passionate about what they do. The learning programs are engaging and help build confidence and social skills. Communication with parents is also excellent. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our child.

My son has been in this centre for more than 2 years now. It has been amazing experience for us and has helped our family a lot. Venessa as the manager has been very supportive and respond to my emails when we needed to change days or have enquires

The educators go beyond for these kids, always welcoming and friendly even with medical complex kids they have always been understanding and will go that extra mile to support or help them it’s not on main road which my biggest main worry with kinder was every single one I found was on main road this one isn’t it’s safe and knowing my kids are safe they are extremely amazing the center directors are just beautiful helpful and extremely kind I will always reccomend them to anyone any concerns you ever have they always make sure it’s resolved immediately I can’t Thankyou the beautiful workers enough that make sure every single kid is safe and loved and made to feel like they are home so Thankyou 🫶🏼

We are so happy with Goodstart Arcadia, we have been to 3x daycares and i can honestly day Goodstart Arcadia is the best center we have been to. Our son is in the 4 year old kinder room and Susie is such a wonderful educator, she has been instrumental to our sons development. Thank you Susie

My Bub has been attending Goodstart Arcadia St since she was 5 1/2 months old, the staff are incredibly caring and patient and we’ve seen her social, physical and emotional development come ahead in leaps and bounds. She loves interacting with her peers and watching the older kids and because it’s a smaller centre she’s getting to know all the staff (as are we) which is awesome as we plan to continue through to kinder. Every time we pull in the drive her face lights up and she claps! It’s great to see her thrive in such a wonderful, caring environment. All the staff greet her by name and through chatting and the daily updates we get to see all the fun activities she’s involved in. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of centre :)

We couldn't be happier with the team at Arcadia Street! Both of our children have attended and love going in every morning. The educators take pride in our children's development and the communication is excellent with photos and updates throughout the week.
