I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Fit Kidz and the way the owners responded when I raised serious concerns about Hamish Tait.<br><br>It has now been publicly revealed that Hamish Tait, who worked across multiple Fit Kidz centres, is facing 329 charges relating to the alleged abuse and exploitation of children. When I contacted the owners seeking answers and asking them to properly investigate what occurred, I felt they were reluctant to do so and did not treat my concerns with the urgency, transparency or seriousness that parents deserve.<br><br>For an organisation entrusted with the care of young children, child safety and accountability must come before protecting the reputation of the business. Parents deserve clear answers about what happened, what warning signs may have been missed, how concerns were handled and what concrete safeguards have now been introduced.<br><br>The response I received has left me with very little confidence in Fit Kidz’s leadership and approach to transparency. I strongly encourage current and prospective parents to ask detailed questions about safeguarding, supervision, incident reporting and how allegations involving staff are investigated.

My Grandchildren attended both Vineyard and Rouse Hill centres over a combined period of 7 years …The facilities were brilliant but more importantly the love and care they received from all educators and support staff was excellent.

We have attended Fit Kidz for over a year now, they have been nothing but welcoming, supportive, and kind. We love it! They really do go above and beyond for the families.<br><br>I also love how they provide day to day updates through their app- what the children have for lunch each day, photos showing the fun activities they’ve been doing plus play times, and provide observations of your children with videos and story’s.<br><br>Thank you for your email, and thank you to all the lovely staff we have crossed paths with during our time here. We will miss it!

Our family has had a wonderful experience at Fit Kidz Vineyard. Our child has settled in so easily due to the kind & caring educators in their room. Would highly recommend Fit Kidz Vineyard to any family looking for care for their children 😊

We absolutely love Fit Kidz Vineyard! Both of my children are so happy there and are truly cared for. The educators clearly put so much thought into planning engaging learning experiences, and it shows. They’ve made wonderful friendships and always rave about the amazing food cooked by the centre’s chef. The Director is always approachable and helpful – we couldn’t be happier with the care and support our family receives!

I can not speak highly enough of the entire Vineyard team. From the start to the end of our enrolment, each staff member went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience. The quality of care is second to none!

I just wanted to make mention of how amazing the kids first drop off for 2024 was! I adored that the teachers photos were on the classrooms doors to support the kids in who their new teachers would be. The fact they already had a locker tag too was such a special touch. A flawless start to 2024 and I believe that is hugely due to the fact the educators have made a massive effort on those little touches that support a sense of belonging!!! I’m beyond grateful for this, thank you
