My two little ones attend Arkie and wow there educational purposes and the family like environment i get from the educators is defiantly not what i have seen before their standards go above and beyond. Dropping off and picking up my two little ones the communication is great being told how their day was and when they had a bottle or eaten or a sleep and it defiantly doesn’t go unnoticed how much care they give the children.<br>Knowing i can go to work at ease that my babies are in a safe and caring environment makes everyday easier.

My 3 boys have all gone to Arkie and absolutely loved it. It was always like their second family. Everyone that works there is so lovely and caring. They take care of the kids as if they were own. Each of my boys gave had their carer they felt the closest to and called their 'daycare mum' which just goes to show how beautiful they are. I cannot recommend Arkie enough!!!

Once upon a time, we were nervous, clueless parents, now we excitedly drop off our daughter because we know she is in safe hands while we're at work. I highly recommend this centre. I signed up on the waitlist while I was pregnant and fortunate enough to get a spot when my daughter was 1. She is now 2, going on 3. She is definitely thriving here, always surprising me with new things she has learnt at ARKIE. Pros: ● The teachers here, they're honestly really kind, intelligent, caring and passionate educators. During drop off or pick up I always see them engaging with the kids in activities or they're happy to come up to me and give feedback about my daughter's day. ● Consistency of the same staff. ● Very clean. ● Healthy meals that my kid actually eats! They have vegetarian alternatives. ● Opens at 6.30am! Yay for shift workers, tradies and early bird workers. ● Closure only during public holidays and weekends, life saver for me as a shift worker. ● Director is approachable, very responsive via emails and phone calls answered. ● Transparency when there is any kind of illness in the centre and strict sick policy which I appreciate. ● After a 3 day potty training stint at home, the staff absolutely nailed it with encouraging my daughter to keep it up! ● The effort they put into fun events e.g. grandparents day, Easter, Christmas Cons: ● Bit of a drive to get there through traffic, but that's a me problem. I chose the right centre that happens to be further away.

My son currently attends Arkie Early Education in Box Hill. I can not fault Arkie Education at all. Having a child with complex medical needs and history it has been the biggest blessing having him in the care of the Arkie Educators. I have full trust in all the educators that he is cared for in the best possible way. They have taken the time to understand his needs and requirements in all aspects and have been happy to implement anything my son requires. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming every time I enter the daycare for drop off, pick ups or events held throughout the year. It is an absolute credit to Rebecca the director and all the Staff at Arkie on running such a family orientated welcoming daycare. I would not hesitate to recommend the centre to any one. It has been such a blessing for us having my son at Arkie. He has loved every minute he has been there, the friends he has made and the educators he has. Having regular educators in his room has allowed him to form such wonderful loving relationships while also creating a regular routine for him as he starts his journey into school next year. The activities that he does throughout the day you can see that so much thought, planning and effort goes into each one. Arkie has been an absolute wonderful experience for my son and our family. He has thoroughly enjoyed and loved every minute he has been there. Being able to whole heartedly put my trust in a centre with a child with medical complexities has been an amazing experience. Arkie (previously Cool Bananas) has been everything to our family from day one, and that’s because of the educators. The care, warmth, and consistency they give our children has never changed, even through a change in ownership. The recent refurbishment only shows how much the new owner genuinely cares about the children and the educators. Our kids feel safe, happy, and loved here, and as parents, that peace of mind means everything. Our eldest has been here since she was two, and our youngest since she was just eight months old. Knowing we’ll be saying goodbye in a couple of years already feels emotional, because this place truly feels like our second home. Choosing Arkie was one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents. Thank you, Rebecca, and the amazing team, for showing up every day and taking such beautiful care of our children.

Arkie is the most beautiful daycare! I enrolled my daughter at 2.5 years. The permanent staff has meant she has been able to build strong relationships with educators and feel secure in the environment to grow and thrive. Arkie has also made me feel confident enough to enrol my son at 6 months old. At pick up I’m always greeted with a huge smile from him. The team at Arkie has supported us greatly and truly feels like an extension of our family. We are incredibly grateful and constantly recommend them to our friends and family. 100/10 stars thank you team Arkie for always going above and beyond ❤️⭐️

My family loves being part of this community. Every morning, my children eagerly ask if it’s an 'Arkie day,' which shows just how much they love coming here. ❤️ Arkie has become a home away from home for them. I’ve watched my two children grow into such confident and capable little beings, with the help of their amazing educators. I can say with complete certainty that my eldest is now fully ready for school.

We have been at the Centre since the start of 2022 so almost 4 years. The staff are more than just educators to us and they truly do go above and beyond for the families who attend the service. There is a lot of thought and effort which goes in to everything that they do, and everything is made really special. All of the staff at Arkie are truly outstanding. Your child will be warmly welcomed and nurtured if you decide to send them to Arkie.

We absolutely love Arkie. Our daughter started here when she turned 4 yrs after coming from another chain daycare centre. She’ll be finishing up soon to begin primary school, and we couldn’t be happier with how well the Centre has prepared her. They’ve made learning fun while building her confidence and readiness for school. Our two-year-old also attends Arkie, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff are always approachable and never too busy to chat. They genuinely care about our children, and the centre offers a great range of inclusive activities, such as Ready, Steady, Go and Healthy Harold. Drop-offs are also incredibly easy and stress-free. 1000% recommend them!
