Great Kindergarten! Amazing staff! Exemptional care and support for children. Highly recommended.

I had the view to send my child here and wanted to book a tour. The female that answered today was quite discouraging and negative in the sense that I had gone to the effort to make an enquiry in my busy schedule and since the enrollment officer was not available, then the least she could do is follow up or take my details. I offered my details requesting a call back to my enquiry. The female basically said no in an indirect way. She said call back Monday and follow up and chase it up myself as to when the enrollment officer will be in. Poor experience. If I've gone to the effort to make an enquiry the least you can do is offer to call me back and not make me keep chasing your centre to find out the exact time the enrollment officer will actually be in attendance! I felt this a very unhelpful mindset, attitude & experience. You've lost me at our first hello. Not sending my child here period.

Do not send you child here if you are an actively involved parent that is interested in your child's development. The educators rush your child in and out of the centre without providing any feedback or insight into how your child is going. When asked, you are made to feel like an inconvenience and the educators are standoffish. Perhaps this is becuse they are either burnt out or do not enjoy their job. Either way, I would only recommend that you send your children here if you have no other option.

I can't speak for today, but at the very least it was good a decade ago.

All my children have attended this centre. So have been a regular for three years now. Amazing staff, great teachers, they care about their kids and parents, especially amazing with my special needs children. Highly recommended this centre.
